This is probably one of the cleanest and coziest homes I’ve ever booked. It is everything as described and the spot is so nice and peaceful. I will definitely be booking this location again. Owner was very nice and responded immediately when I had questions prior to our stay.

Everything is good and it is very easy to communicate with the host. One suggestion is put a regular breakfast table with chairs, so it will be convenient for family to eat.

The home far exceeded my expectations. It is beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you need. The fishing was incredible and the sunsets are breathtaking! I will definitely be coming back here soon!

This location is a perfect spot for a fishing trip or just to get away and relax. The place was very cleaned, stocked with necessities, beautiful view and great for fishing. Check in was simple. We had no issues while we were there. Sunsets are really incredible on "the Y". Hope to return!

This is a great little rental in Sargent TX. Very clean and nicely updated. Small, but so charming and everything you need! My only recommendation to the owners would be to get curtains in one of the back bedrooms because of the very bright sun in the mornings. Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing. Truly a great find for a great price! Beds were so comfy!! Great pier fishing and crabbing as well!! We will be back for sure!

Cute, comfortable house with everything we needed for a coastal escape. Loved spending quiet mornings on the deck and sunsets on the pier
