With two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower, freshen up after a day at the beach or a trip down the local bike path. This house stays comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning with newly installed mini-split units. Step inside this adorable retreat and feel instantly at ease in the cozy living room area, relax outside on the screened in porch, or enjoy a camp fire on the outdoor patio area with a grill included for your use. In a central location, enjoy nearby experiences such as Whalers Brewery, ice cream at Brickleys, or any of the restaurants in downtown Wakefield such as Mews Tavern, Birch and Bay, and the famous Jayd Bun. A very short drive to the towers area of Narragansett and the newly opened Boon Street Marketplace. A quick and easy 10-15 minute drive to many local beaches such as East Matunuck State Beach. Minutes away from URI, this house is also perfect for parents or students coming to explore the area or tour campus.

Everything about this place was perfect! Had my sister’s bachelorette trip here and it fit 8 girls comfortably! Perfect distance from downtown Newport and beach! Will definitely be coming back to stay here again!

When we walked in, the floors were clean, furniture was clean, everything was so nice and refreshing. She's definitely thought of everything, and it's such an easy house to plug into. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay anywhere near the beach!

Everything was great for our stay. Communication was always quick and check in/check out we're very easy. House was clean and as advertised. Located in a convenient and central location.

I had a very pleasant stay at there home. Everything was as described. The house were easy to communicate with their home was very clean and well supplied. Would rent their home again if I ever get back to Rhode Island. I highly recommend renting their property.

House had plenty of room for are family of 4 . We were in town for a wedding and location to everyone we were meeting with was great . House was clean , and well stalked . Hazel was great to deal with

We loved our stay here! Easy check-in process, and communication with Hazel was a breeze, she was very responsive. Clean house and just as pictured. It was perfect for our group of 8 to stay for a wedding in Newport. There’s a Dollar General 2 min away by car if you need anything quick and a supermarket about 10 min away by car. Narragansett Beach is 10 min away by car as well. The porch with the string lights was super cute and I love that Hazel picked a hydrangea from the garden and placed it in a vase for us on the kitchen table. The only thing is that the bedroom downstairs is a little on the smaller side, but it wasn’t a big deal. Just something to note if you are traveling with older people, as the stairs were very steep. So in my case, my parents couldn’t take one of the bigger rooms upstairs. Again, not a big deal. If we’re ever back in the Newport area, would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hazel!

My husband went to URI for undergrad and we quickly fell in love with the area, deciding it was the perfect place to raise a family. We have lived here for almost 5 years and have loved the unique surf culture South Kingstown has to offer.

South Kingstown is a great central area in Southern Rhode Island - while you can find just about anything you could need in town, it’s an easy, quick drive to surrounding towns such as Narragansett, Charlestown, Westerly, and East Greenwich. We love the convenience of being near local grocery stores, restaurants and more that you just can’t get in secluded neighborhoods right on the beach. Being near URI is a great perk for our student renters as well. We also love the nearby bike path which provides access into downtown Wakefield and even parts of Narragansett.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We love the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach, and unwinding by the fire on the outdoor patio. Coffee on the screened in porch allows you to enjoy whatever weather New England has to offer.
