Central air, all new plaster and paint, refinished beautiful hardwoods, beautiful new white kitchen cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, 2 stackable washer/dryers, all tastefully decorated furniture and bedrooms that include all comfortable beds, large wall mounted flat screen TV in the living room. Perfect set up for multiple families to vacation together and large enough for Wedding Parties! Hardwoods throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, large bedrooms and generous back deck for grilling on those warm summer nights with 3 large patio tables and umbrellas with plenty of chairs. Linens and towels are provided as well as all bedding and beach towels. Enjoy your privacy in the back yard situated on a 1/2 acre. We provide plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and coolers. This home is in the perfect location. Narragansett Town Beach is just 2.5 miles away, and also close to more beautiful beaches such as Scarborough State beach and Roger Wheeler State beach. Roger Wheeler State beach leads to Galilee where you can board the Block Island Ferry or enjoy all the shops and renowned restaurants, or go fishing off the rocks and watch the boats go by in the breachway. This home is also walking distance to downtown historic Wakefield where you will find plenty of shops, popular restaurants, famous Brickleys Ice Cream, and the well-known 7 mile South County bike path. BIKE RENTALS located less than 1/2 mile walking distance to the house at W.E. Stedmans Bike shop.. Basketball, tennis courts and softball fields are about 1 mile away. South County Commons is a quaint development with more shops and restaurants and a movie theater about 5 minutes away.

Perfect Family Vacation

Best friends reunion

As soon as we all pulled up to the house, we are thrilled, the house, exterior an interior looked exactly as the photos. The house was clean and beautiful, keys were where they were supposed to be, lots of room to hang out and chat, beds comfortable-- a gorgeous and easy place to be.

Perfect for a family

We stayed with our entire family and were so comfortable. Plenty of space with room left over. It was perfect. The day after my sons wedding we had family over and a cookout. The backyard was so nice. Shaded and full of activities. I could not recommend this place enough. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect for big family

We had a group of 18 that stayed with ages from 2 years to 44 years! The property was beautiful, well maintained and cozy. The home is gorgeous, amazingly clean and plenty of space. The house is a 5 minute drive to multiple grocery stores, liquor store and most importantly the beach! Thank you Robin for this beautiful house and property!

Family trip

Perfect for a family getaway. My kids traveled from Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania to celebrate my birthday. House was spacious and accommodated all 14 of us. Would recommend !

Great Family Get Together

We had a great family get together with 18 people ranging in age from 3 to 76. As advertised the house accomodated all of us. Great backyard to hang out and play games. Lots of activities nearby from the beach, to indoor rock climbing, great ice cream at Brickley, fish restaurants at Galilee. House was very clean. I would highly recommend for large group gatherings.

Bachelorette trip

Just stayed here for my bachelorette weekend! There were 15 girls and it was absolutely perfect. There was PLENTY of space and everything was very clean. The beds were all comfortable. The amount of bathrooms was perfect for the amount of girls we had! We also loved the outside shower after a day at the beach. There was tons of parking which was very convenient. Close by lots of things. 30 min Uber drive to Newport! Highly recommend for bachelorette trips or any large group!

Family Vacation

I stayed here with my parents + brother and his family (10 people total). The house was plenty big for our needs. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The host was attentive to my queries and did a great job helping my family members with lost items.

Excellent location

The house was spotless when we walked in. The bedrooms were comfortable and well laid out. Plenty of towels for all. No complaints from any of our party.

Perfect for a family gathering ...

This property was perfect for us to gather for a wedding locally - lots of bathrooms for people getting ready for the event, lots of seating space for eating and hanging out in the kitchen-dining-living room areas. Breakfasts were a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Beds comfortable and the whole house was very clean and ready for us with no issues. Easy check-out - a great overall experience.

Amazing property

Perfect rental for a family gathering...the open concept and casual beachy feel all done so well! Beds very comfortable plenty of towels and blankets...we can't say enough The backyard has a nice level area for kids to play and plenty of patio furniture. You can walk to the quaint downtown for ice cream ! Close to the beaches and grocery stores and coffee shops ...

A perfect house!

I had my bachelorette party in RI and needed a place for 9 of my closest ladies to stay (plus myself) and this was genuinely the perfect house! It was centrally located to so many restaurants and not too far from the day time activities we had booked. The house was clean and really well stocked! We keep joking that we might need to have an annual girls trip here because it was that perfect! Highly recommend!

Family wedding

This home was awesome!!!! It was perfect for our family to be together to celebrate our granddaughters wedding in south Kingston. From the yard where the grandkids played soccer and football, to the huge dining table that fit everyone, to the well supplied kitchen that provided a big lobster bake the last night and of course the comfortable beds!!! The location was perfect and so close to Shepards Run where the wedding and festivities took place!!!!

Room for everyone

OK good location, plenty of parking, easy to find in beautiful residential area. Shopping close by as our beaches and other points of interest. The eight bedrooms made it comfortable for our whole family and some friends to stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the two large dining tables made room for everyone to eat and play games at night. There’s plenty of outdoor seating as well and a nice lawn where kids could play. The garage contained outdoor equipment including bikes. Quick response to a problem that was repaired that day.

Friend reunion with kids and babies

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway for several families with young kids. The space and layout were perfect for multiple families with little kids. There was plenty of dining and living room space, gorgeous outdoor space, and a large well equipped kitchen for cooking for a crowd. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained and the logistics (check in and out, etc.) couldn't have been easier. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back next year!

Perfect Rhode Island Getaway

We had a family vacation with 18 people total (11 adults and 7 children). The house was perfect for such a large gathering with plenty of communal areas for all 18 of us to share meals and play board games and do puzzles. The outdoor area was also perfect for the children to play and to grill and have outdoor activities. The town of Wakefield was very walkable and had great restaurants, biking and walking trails. It was also central to several beaches and close to Newport for your tourist attractions. We highly recommend this property and location for your Rhode Island getaway.

Family Reunion

Perfect house for our multi generational family. Enough room, comfy beds, a back deck, hanging out room. Robin was so responsive to any questions or concerns. We especially appreciated all the beach towels and linens. There was an endless supply. Highly recommend for a group.

Perfect home

This home is so beautiful, clean and modern. We had a very large group and we all had space to relax as well as such a large common area to all hang out in. the deck and yard outside were amazing. The owner answers within minutes of being contacted. Such a great property
