Emerald Escape is the ideal retreat that will welcome you the the Sandestin Beach & Club lifestyle. This bright and airy single home has been Designer updated and completely remodeled with comfortable beachy modern furnishings in Spring 2022. Upon entering you are greeted with a vaulted Family room with ample plush seating and 60” tv. There are double French doors that lead to the spacious outdoor patio. To the left is the dining area with seating for 6 and 3 adjacent counter stools. Off of the dining area is a bonus room with sleeper sofa and tv. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped to cook in and enjoy a meal inside or outside on the spacious private patio. Next to the kitchen is a room for dropping beach bags, coolers and chairs after a day at the beach. To the right of the light filled entry, are 2 bedrooms, one with its own bathroom and a hall bath for the 2nd bedroom, both have queen beds with plush pillows and all cotton bedding. There is also a washer and dryer in the hallway behind louver doors. Upstairs is a beautiful master bedroom suite with King bed and luxury bedding. The master bathroom has a double vanity and spa tub/shower combo. There is a balcony off of the master bedroom to enjoy quiet time away from the group with golf course and bay views in the distance. Also on the second floor is a 4th bedroom with 1 full size bed and 2 twins. The loft area also has a sofa bed. All bedrooms have tvs and new fans and bathrooms all have hairdryers.

There is ample golf cart parking by the beach. Also located on beach is the Beach House Restaurant, an ocean front beach bar to purchase cocktails on the beach.
