Cozy cabin - cute area - felt very safe there. There were plenty of beds and accommodated our family and friends perfectly.

Overall we had a great experience. The cabin was very clean. It was plenty of space for my family and I. The location was good as well. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the fireworks and drone show from Dollywood. We were able to see them from the second floor balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Overall, it was very clean and comfortable. There is plenty of space to spread out. The location is fantastic. It wasn't stated in the listing, but there are no bedrooms on the main floor. It would be nice if that was noted, but definitely not a major issue unless you have mobility issues.Communication from the host was excellent. Before check-in, I received plenty of information, and any questions I had were answered quickly. We did notice a few things that could be better. First, when we arrived, it was dark, and the sign on the cabin had a different name. It made it hard to be sure we were at the right place. It would be nice if that were updated to reflect "Butterfly Ridge". Also, a few of the rugs are coming up at the ends and creating a tripping hazard. The train at Dollywood runs close to the cabin. It didn't bother us because we rented the cabin due to the proximity to Dollywood. However, if you are planning to stay in during the day, just be aware it runs quite often, and you can hear the train whistle.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would stay here again.

Oh my gosh everything was great. David was an outstanding host from pre-booking to checkout. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to fix our meals. The kids enjoyed the whirlpool, outdoor pool, we never made it to the indoor pool. The cabin was very spacious with lots of sleeping space and even two roll away beds. We weren’t far up in the mountains but still had a good view. One thing to be aware of is the locomotive, Dollywood Express, blows its horn from the time they open to the time they close. Technically most people are out and about during that time. I could go on and on about how great everything was, but I won’t. Just book your stay.

The resort is located near Dollywood, which was the reason for our trip. The cabin was easy to access. The furniture was in good shape, but the rugs in the main living/dining area need repair or replacement due to the corners curling/ripping and causing a trip hazard. Unfortunately, the hot tub pictured was not working due to not having been inspected/approved by the HOA prior to our arrival, according to our host. We were able to access the resort's indoor and outdoor pools, but the outdoor hot tub there was not warm either. The linens were good quality, but we had to cycle towels quite often as only 11 bath towels and 4 pool towels were provided for our group of 9. We were glad to have a working washer and dryer in the unit, and the three full bathrooms enabled us to all shower quickly after the pool/theme park.The provided trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and detergent were plenty for our 3 night stay, which was much appreciated. The kitchen was well-appointed, minus the lack of any baking sheets. We were able to prepare meals as planned, with a little creativity. An air fryer would be a nice addition to what is provided, since it is faster than heating up the oven. Overall, it was good for a brief stay, but if you plan to spend a lot of time in the cabin, you might want to make sure the hot tub is available.
