The lovely home is move-in ready! It had everything we needed and more. Dave includes many thoughtful extras. Communication and response was very quick. It was so clean and comfortable. I would recommend it and would stay here again.

What an amazing place. So comfy, clean, and organized. Felt just like home. Honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. It exceeded expectations and the owner was great as well. Great communication from the time of booking til the day we left. 5 Stars!!

Wonderful location for my son’s graduation weekend from UD. Close to everything but in a very quiet beautiful neighborhood. Large clean home well stocked for guests. We enjoyed the back yard with the fire too!!! Great home and greats hosts!

We stayed in this darling home in the Kettering-Dayton area for a weekend to attend a wedding in the local area. It was SUPER clean! Dave, the host was incredibly awesome with communicating - friendly, helpful, and professional. The house has been renovated and it was apparent how much thought, time, and effort went into making it really nice. We wished we could have had more time to enjoy the fire pit area out in the backyard, it looked so inviting. If we come to the Kettering area again, we will definitely stay here.

The house was clean, well stocked and in a nice neighborhood. We walked the neighborhood many times. Our host was prompt with updates, great instructions for arrival and departing details. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was spotless with updated features, and located in a quiet little neighborhood. We loved having two separate sitting rooms and the large kitchen table! The owner provided many nice little touches (a variety of pods for the coffee maker!) and made everything so easy. We would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the updated, like-new condition of the inside of the home. There were plenty of everyday amenities available. The neighborhood was quiet and near several shopping areas.

Communication with Dave was very easy, as he was accessible with any questions and would respond very quickly. Once we arrived, the place was exactly as it looked in the pictures, and everything was clean and extremely organized. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning on visiting the Dayton, OH area!

This was an open spacious property we enjoyed with us 7 siblings! The cost for such a beautiful place was very fair! Everything was in new condition with lots of amenities in the kitchen! I have never stayed at a place that had such an excess of towels and bedding! We enjoyed the gas fire it on the cool evening!The host was superb and so quick to respond with questions! We would definitely stay again!

This stay probably ranked at the top of all the places we have stayed! The house was VERY clean. It just gave off the impression that the owners love their guests and want their stay to be perfect! There wasn’t anything that we thought “I wish they had _____.” They really thought of everything, there was even a first aid kit when we needed a band aid! The kitchen was impressive…we like to cook some meals instead of always eating out and it had every utensil, pot, pan, etc that I would have at home. Communication was great right from the start. If we ever find ourselves in the area again (though our daughter just graduated ), we will definitely stay here and will recommend to friends!

In 2015, we were looking for an alternative to staying with relatives or in hotels when visiting family and friends in Florida. That’s when we discovered short-term rental vacation homes. We bought a condo in Florida to use as a short-term rental, allowing us to share it with others and help cover the costs. It’s been a great success, and we love hearing how much our guests enjoy the property. Our daughter and her husband, who served in the Air Force, were stationed in Dayton, and after retiring, they decided to stay there. We purchased a home Kettering/Dayton area with plans to use it for family visits and to share with others when we’re not there, just like in Florida.
