Walk into a spacious living room with a 72in TV, family games, and comfortable seating.



The kitchen has an island that seats 7 with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and all of the cookware you need for large gatherings. The coffee station has a Keurig, drip coffee pot, sugars, creamers, and flavored syrups. The washer and dryer are located off of the kitchen.



The dining room table seats 10 guests, and the kitchen island seats 8.



Bedroom 1 features a King bed with luxury bedding, blackout curtains, a TV, and a private full bathroom with a shower/bath, and walk in closet.

The back porch has a seating area and TV. The backyard is spacious, with a seating area, fire pit, and regulation size pickleball court and basketball hoop. The pickleball court is for guest use only- please note there is a guest home next door and the court is shared between the two houses! There are disc golf baskets located in the lower field; bring your own discs! There is also a barrel sauna.



Our home is located one mile from downtown Greer. The neighborhood features a mix of housing. It is very safe.



Before check-in: Primary Renter must complete a quick verification process; sign a rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and authorize a temporary security hold on a credit card. You'll receive a link after booking. This must be completed prior to arrival.

- PETS: We welcome up to 2 pets; they must be included on the reservation. We kindly ask that if you allow pets on furniture or linens, that you bring sheets to prevent the transfer of pet hair. Pets must remain on leash, under control, and any pet waste cleaned up.

- No additional guests not included on the reservation without host permission.

- No parties or events without host permission. We understand we are a large home and events are encouraged. We just ask for communication and approval in advance. Guests/visitors above the approved count may incur additional fees and waivers.
