Erin was a fantastic and responsive host. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. I would highly recommend this location with shopping and fantastic wineries.

This property was spotless and brand new. The neighborhood was fine. Charming nearby restaurants. Host was attentive and polite. No brainer to stay here.

We had a lovely stay in Charlottesville! The house was super clean, modern, comfortable, and in a nice location. We especially had fun with the mini air hockey table. Charlottesville is a fabulous getaway, and this VRBO made our trip even better. The location offered easy access to downtown, restaurants, UVA, and Monticello. Definitely choose this house if you’re looking for a stress free and enjoyable experience!

The gold star of VRBO stays - seriously, an amazing home and seamless process. Book this place and stay here! I stayed here with my three little kids, and we loved it, felt comfortable, and had everything we needed. Just wow - very clean and well done home!

The location was perfect—just a short walk to UVA Health, which made visiting our family incredibly convenient. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and offered great amenities that made us feel right at home. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and the price was very reasonable for everything included. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Charlottesville area!
