10-12 bedrooms and 16 guests is $3100/Night. The $2400/night Package is for 8+ bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 12 guests. Individually, the two 5 bedroom houses are $1750/night each, 8 guests. Each additional guest is $150/night.
Anita and her family welcomes you to experience our special world on Mount Tam. There are optional packages, depending on your needs. Please check for rates. The furnishings are contemporary, light, bright and pristine. There are various decks, patios, and terraced gardens and optional outdoor kitchen and dining areas an outdoor gym and yoga area. Outside your front door, start exploring the magnificent trails of the Mount Tamalpais State Park. Enjoy hiking to Muir Woods, surfing at Stinson Beach, dinning in one of many Mill Valley, Sausalito, Tiburon restaurants, 20 minutes to San Francisco, less than 1 hour to the wine country, or just take in the view, nature, peace and solitude from this magnificent Mill Valley home.

Family Reunion

The property is incredibly beautiful which takes advantage of its natural surroundings. The property was unique in that it could handle a large group such as we had. Anita was very helpful in accommodating our group. We had some very minor issues with the keys, a/c, main refrigerator, and no waste baskets in the rooms, but Anita was very responsive and helpful with all our issues. We all enjoyed our stay at the property.

Big spaces to gather

This property has room for a large gathering and a great view. The houses have shortcoming which are easily fixed. We were greeted by the host but never given a key. I hope the DW will get fixed right away.

Dual houses on the mountain side

We enjoyed our stay. Walking out the door to visit Muir Woods was a unique treat. The housing is very vertical with lots of stairs. The houses are a smooth blend of indoors and outdoors, with lots of glass sliders.

Successful offsite at incredible location

This property fit some very specific specifications that we had as a group and surpassed our expectations. Wonderful location with great hikes close by. The 2 house layout was wonderful for our purposes. The communication by the owner was clear, generous, and prompt. What a wonderful stay!

Family Gathering

Had a very fun 90th birthday party with 17 family members, including four under five years old. Great location near hiking trails. Nice views. Plenty of bedrooms and areas inside to hang out. Not much outside space. On a mountain so lots of stairs - a bit challenging for older folks. No laundry. Overall good experience.

Amazing spot for a small team retreat!

I rented this venue for a small team at my organization to have a working retreat, and it was perfect! Felt very secluded but was still close enough to order food from Postmates/UberEats, nice but not too stuffy/fancy, a lot of open space for groups to gather. Anita was wonderful to work with, always very communicative and quick to answer questions – she even let us amend our reservation to come a day early, which was very helpful! The team came away with only good things to say about the spot, had a very productive yet relaxing time.

Lots of space and great view.

Eleven of us from our company spent 3 days at the two houses for our annual retreat. It was great that everyone had a bedroom and there were plenty of bathrooms. We used 4 different common spaces for our meeting sessions and the open kitchen and dinning area was great for socializing. I know my bed was very comfortable and at least one other of my partners mentioned the same to me. The view was awesome-looking toward the bay and Richmond / San Rafael Bridge. The house is surrounded by Redwood trees and super close to Muir Woods National Monument. There are lots of steps, which was ok for our group and added an Italian hillside feel to the property. Parking is tight, so bring small cars. The host/owner was very gracious to us.

Peaceful retreat high on Mt. Tam with views of SF Bay, Redwoods, and Ocean Sunsets

Excellent location with easy access to profound nature parks: Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, and Mount Tam. City of Mill Valley is just down the hill. Beautiful and cozy location for conferences or romance. A great place to get away and experience the beauty of nature, or just stay in and enjoy from the beautiful decks surrounding all. A breath of fresh air! Owner was very hospitable and ready to please. Loved the entire experience, and especially the kindness of the owner.
