The Beach Cottage in Misquamicut - short walk to the beach!

Charming beach cottage located in beautiful Westerly, RI. Perfect for couples, families and anyone looking for a coastal escape. The cottage offers three bedrooms, one full bathroom and is a short walk to the beaches and the Misquamicut strip.

It has a well equipped kitchen with a stovetop, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer available for guest use. Outside, guests can utilize the outdoor grill and enjoy ample deck space with a dining table, Adirondacks, and loungers - covered by a retractable awning.

Minutes away from some of Westerly's best beaches in the coastal communities of Misquamicut, Weekapaug, and Watch Hill. Summer rentals come with a pass for Misquamicut Fire District Beach - a short walk from the cottage.

Parking for two cars is available.

If you are visiting Westerly outside of summer season the cottage offers a peaceful retreat. Although commonly sought after for its summer appeal, Westerly is just as lively and captivating in other seasons. Westerly is conveniently located off Interstate 95 and Route 1, allowing for easy exploration of neighboring seaside towns such as Mystic, CT and Matunuck, RI, and nearby casinos.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Upon booking, a separate Host Rental Agreement will be provided via email. Execution of the agreement is required for stay and access.

SUMMER 2026:
Weekly bookings only, June 20th - September 5th. Saturday - Saturday. Exceptions made for monthly bookings.

The cottage was perfect for us celebrating a retirement . It was clean, light, lovely sea breezes and very quiet. The walk to the beach was easy; no crazy summer traffic. Beds were comfortable, pillows plentiful, blankets cozy for cool Fall evenings.A very fine setting and thoughtful host. We very much enjoyed our time there.

Cute house. Very easy walk to the beach. It was very humid when we went and towels stayed damp the whole time. Beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfection for early morning coffee or evening meals and everything in between! Host was very responsive, check-in was a breeze.

The house was perfect and just as photographed. Really cozy and clean! My husband and I were there with my four children ages 8-15. There is one bathroom but also an outdoor shower. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach is beautiful. Host was extremely responsive and flexible. It was well stocked with towels, boogie boards, chairs etc. The deck was lovely to enjoy as well. We didn’t want to leave and would love to come back!

Home was very hot!!Parking not convenient and inadequate. If you have a place that sleeps 8 people you need to accommodate for parking. The parking area was not maintained well and the trees made our vehicles dirty. Relatives on property and not disclosed. Felt like we were being spied on. Definitely not worth the money we paid for it. The base under the sink in the kitchen was filthy. It was not even cleaned.Garbage can under sink was filthy and not even cleaned out.The bathroom fan and the box fan upstairs were clogged and dirty. We cleaned the bathroom one the best we could for you. You are welcome.Can’t close the side house blinds in the living room at the very top. Sun comes through and makes the house very hot.
