Beautiful property! This house is spacious and comfortable, well equipped to cook and hang out with your people. The neighborhood is cute and close to lots of things.

A gem so close to the Alamodome & Riverwalk. Clean, quiet, roomy, and the yard was such a bonus. Definitely would stay again. Ronnie, the host, was so nice, very responsive, very helpful.

We needed a place last minute! We are really glad to have found this stay after our hotel on Riverwalk was canceled. It was a smooth transition instant book with the host. He was friendly, reached to verify and easily able to reach. The home was fairly new and this home was what we needed. Very clean, open, just as pictures, well kept. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were top notch. We would definitely stay here again! It was a convenient location near downtown. Pretty quite, even with a beer garden area. down the street. We felt safe with our kids here.

Everything was wonderful. I recommend bringing a sound machine because of trains, but everything else was beautiful!

This property is amazing in every way. We came down to San Antonio with two other couples to celebrate my husband‘s birthday. The house is beautiful and was spotless, clean, The owner was very helpful and the one time that we contacted him he responded immediately. He also helped me locate a bakery for my husband’s birthday cake. The house was about a mile from where we needed to go down on the Riverwalk. Yes it’s an older neighborhood but that’s what you’re going to get if you want to get close to the Riverwalk. We will definitely be staying here again!

This place was perfect for our group of 6 adults. It is easy to get to and close to much of what we came to San Antonio for. If it hadn’t been 90 billion degrees outside, we would have walked to coffee and restaurants. The property is clean, thoughtfully and tastefully appointed, well maintained, and has comfortable beds. Everything worked, nothing was janky. We all truly felt this property was a bargain and would all stay here again.There are two full bathrooms, with the third being a 1/2 bathroom (just toilet & sink). This was perfectly fine for our crew, but the property description wasn’t super specific about what the third bathroom offered so I mention it here for future guests.The neighborhood was quiet and though we did hear trains now and then, it was never bothersome (I sort of liked hearing them). If you get stuck by a train parked on the tracks, as we did a couple of times, just pop a few blocks over to Nolan street which provides an underpass. All in all, one of my better VRBO experiences.

The host was very responsive to all our questions and was accommodating for an early check-in. The home is new, clean, and all the beds were so comfortable! With that being said this is obviously an area that’s trying to become nicer and is not there just yet. Some homes look like they should be condemned and there were homeless people wandering about. The train is also very noisy. I really think that given more time for the area to develop this will be a perfect spot!

It was a great little place and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed just relaxing. We didn't cook, so we can't comment on how easy the stove or dishwasher was to use. If you are not a fan of trains or a light sleeper, this may not be the place to stay.
