Great views from the balconies. Short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Great outdoor area with the pool, covered seating and grill area. Great house and location.

Pool was great. Adding the heat this early in the season was a must since gulf water was still a bit cold. Plenty of room through out house. Pool table was a great time to past the time at night as well. Overall great experience.

There was a leak in the ceiling that spilled water on the kitchen floor. We had towels and a bucket that collected the water. The house is not nearly as nice as the pictures indicate. Worst of all, there are alarms on the 3 back doors that go off every time the door is open. You will have to push a button, not always near the door, to shut off the alarm in order to keep it from going off. Its loud and annoying and never shuts off until you press the button. I understand it is a safety concern for children but there should be a main shutoff switch for renters that don't have children. Also, we were told there were 2 golf carts that would be made available to us bu there was only 1. Make sure you bring your own towels. On a good note, the beaches near by are excellent. There is an Italian resturant neaby called Tuscany that is the best food in the state. Having access to 6 bikes was also nice to have.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Live It Well. We sincerely apologize for the ceiling leak. The option to move was given once the source was known, as repairs were necessary and required vendor access. Pool alarms are required on all doors accessible to the pool by law and cannot be disabled regardless of age. We understand these take some getting used to. We are glad you enjoyed the bikes, nearby beaches, and local dining! We'd love the opportunity to make your next visit better.
