We had a wonderful fall break week at this property. The location is better than we expected as the beach is only a few minute walk. We would book here again if we choose to come back to the area.

The rooms were clean and the host was quick to get back with us with any questions. We enjoyed the outdoor pool a lot - it was perfect for our 3-year old great-grandson since there were steps that were shallow and the tanning deck for him to play on. Overall, everyone enjoyed the house....wish it would have come with a golf cart, we had to rent 2

Our stay was absolute perfection! We went with our entire family - 8 adults & 7 children (8 yrs to 6 months). The kitchen was very well furnished with everything we needed for the meals we had planned. The outdoor area - kitchen, tv, pool, hot tub, bathroom - was all used daily and worked well for adults & kids. We would definately come back & will recommend to family and friends!!

Excellent property. Our annual reunion couples each enjoyed their own king bedroom ensuite. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate as the extreme cold temps prevented us from using the rooftop fire-pit as well as the hot tub and outdoor grill.

Looks like the weather had other plans this time—but that just means you’ll have to come back and enjoy the rooftop and hot tub on a warmer visit. We’d love to host you again!

Four families enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The bunk rooms were great for our teens and the common areas (kitchen/living room/pool) were a nice space for everyone to hang out. A couple things were broken but fixed immediately!

This property is the real deal! Our group had a fantastic stay at this house. This house had everything that we needed for our large group. The layout of this place offers so many places to go and things to do. The pool area was perfect for us…between the pool and the hot tub, everyone from little kids to seniors had a fun time. We grilled, we cooked, we utilized the well-equipped kitchen for almost all of our meals. We had enough refrigerator options (yes, that’s plural) for our food and beverages, and enough ice makers to keep up with our needs. The rooftop fire pit was a special treat and a fun place to watch sunsets. The bedroom layout (each room has its own bathroom) allowed everyone privacy and great accommodations. We will definitely try to stay at this house the next time we’re in Destin! A fabulous property! You won’t be disappointed.

The house was even better than we hoped for! We rented a golf cart for going to the beach, but we honestly could have done without it as the house is so close it wasn't an issue. The outdoor space around the pool had plenty of seating both in the sun and the shade so everyone could enjoy the time together. The kitchen and living area accommodated our group of 18 well. We have traveled numerous times with this large group and this house fit our needs the best of any place we have been. Highly recommend!

Soaking up the sun on the emerald coast

This property is incredible! It’s a block from the beach, gorgeous pool in the backyard, watching the sunrise from the rooftop terrace, beds were extremely comfortable—you’re in paradise. Zero complaints. I can’t think of a single thing I would change. It’s our new favorite spot!

Amazing stay!

Highlights include awesome outdoor spaces and pool, bedrooms with attached bathrooms, well thought of conveniences such as double dishwashers and an outdoor bathroom next to the pool. The welcome app was also helpful about explaining everything about the property such as appliance usage. Not a bad walk to the beach access point for the people in our family, a 3-5 minute walk down a neighborhood street and crossing one street with a crosswalk. The walk is fine unless you have mobility issues. An included golf cart would be thoughtful future addition.
