Amazing view! Being able to be just steps from a quiet beach and walk in either direction was absolutely stunning! Neighborhood was quiet and property grounds were very well kept. The sunset was a perfect view from the house

Perfect family getaway

This was a much needed break from everything for my husband, our children and their partners. The house had everything we needed for the 7 of us to be comfortable. We loved the beach so much!

We had an incredible stay at Sol's property! The house was clean, homey, and well-stocked with cooking equipment, so we were able to make several meals at home. There were also plenty of beach towels/equipment, which enabled some great beach days! The gas wasn't turned on for the stove when we arrived, but Sol quickly remedied that for us, which was much appreciated. The sunsets over the beach in our backyard were unbelievably beautiful! Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Rincon!

Cant beat having a “private beach” with amazing views just for you. House is beautiful and has all the essentials. 100% recommended, thinking about returning.

At the time that I booked this home I was skeptical. But WOW!!! My family and I really enjoyed this home. From the time we pulled into the grassy driveway leading to the home with beautiful flowers scattered throughout the grass inviting us to indulge in its beauty. It felt like home. Natural beauty everywhere. I counted at least 4 different fruit trees and wildlife like birds, frogs lizards and iguanas. Plenty of space in the home to stretch your legs. Very clean. Kitchen was beautiful and had plenty of cooking utensils for home meal cooking. Bedrooms are decorated nicely. Laundry room and sitting space above the garage. Now the best part just steps away from the beach. Calm warm waters. And basically empty beach all to yourselves. If you want peace this is it. 5 STARS from me. EXELLENT!!!!

The house is a gem.

Everything about our stay aligned with the online description, and even exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect home if you want a clean, safe, quiet stay on an empty beach, far away from the crowds. Two items that renters should know: 1) as the description makes plain, there is no dishwasher, and 2) as mentioned by others, the music from the bar / club is loud and can heard inside the closed house to late hours every weekend night.

Thanks for staying with us, John. Yes, we currently do not have a dishwasher and about 5 houses down the street is a local authentic Puertorican restaurant only open Fri-Sun, Rancho Grande Bar and Sea Food. This place has been in the neighborhood for decades and has live music and salsa dancing. We love to sit on the balcony and listen to the music while watching the sunset. With the windows closed and the air on it doesn’t bother us when we are inside. We encourage our guests to support our neighbors by visiting Rancho Grande and enjoying a true cultural experience!
