At The Pond Palace at Lakeland RV Ranch, guests enjoy a peaceful country setting with thoughtful amenities for the whole family. Relax by the stocked catch-and-release fishing pond, take in stunning sunsets from the upper deck overlooking the waterfall, or enjoy paddle boating with life jackets provided. The ranch features pet playgrounds at both Lakeland East and West, a convenient dog wash station, a modern laundromat with app alerts, and a clubhouse with games and a pool table. Guests love the sights and sounds of ducks, horses, chickens, and alpacas, with fresh eggs available, along with seasonal peach and plum trees. Fitness equipment is available onsite, and Lake Lavon—just half a mile away—offers a boat ramp, swimming, and picnic areas, making Pond Palace an ideal retreat for relaxation and connection with nature.

My sister, nieces and I absolutely LOVED the palace on the pond!! It was a delightfully quiet area with all kinds of animal watching!! The house was perfect! The deck was perfect! Will definitely stay there again!!!

Very nice tiny home. Grandkids loved being by pond and fishing. Hosts were very attentive to issues and questions. Would recommend!

Host was so welcoming, house was clean, smelled great & very comfortable! This tiny home was super cute and had all the essentials. My sister booked the Green Room which is just across the way and is another awesome tiny home. Definitely recommend booking both if you have a group. The kids loved the alpacas, goats, & baby ducklings seen from the deck! Thanks for a wonderful Stay! Will definitely book again!

Great little getaway and family friendly. Loved staying on the pond and kicking back in their captain chairs. Quiet and enjoyed watching the waterfall light up at night. Grandkids enjoyed seeing the alpacas, goats, ducks, and chickens. They had a dog park that was gated that the toddler enjoyed playing in. Close to the lake, shopping, and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Great place! I was skeptical at first being a "Tiny Home". But was pleasantly surprised how spacious it turned out. 4 people and 2 dogs was great. I will say we were close together when hanging out and being 6'2" had to bend down when showering. But was clean and everything worked properly. Bed was super comfortable and that's what really mattered. What really made it 5 stars for me and my crew was the ambiance surrounding us. They have the area done up real nice. We are city folk and the country feel with the chickens, guinea fowl, donkeys, cows, bull, goats and llama was great. Nice dog park and plenty of places to pick up after dog. My city dogs got to meet other animals (at a distance or through fence) that was priceless. Nothing like enjoying first cup of coffee with real rooster call in background.
