Dear Shirly, With all due respect, if you are going to write a review about your stay at any condominium the least you can do is get the facts straight. Concerning the service elevator, you are not required to use it so I'm not really sure what you are talking about. When you give your car for valet, the attendants bring all of your groceries, luggage, and anything else you ask of them directly to your room. Regardless, the service elevator, as the name testifies, is for service only. The only time I ever used that elevator was when I first moved into the building, and I had to move in all of my furniture. Concerning the apartment, again, if you are going to make accusations at least make sense. To say that the apartment smells because the A/C needed to be on is irrational. You seemed to have a problem with the smell of the service elevator and a problem with the smell of my apartment, when both generally smell great. I have rented my apartment many times over and never before has anyone complained about its smell. My apartment has Air Fresheners in every single room, and a Humidifier that is on most of the time. To be honest, you complained a lot, you said many things that weren't accurate, and I've never had anyone like that before. As you, yourself mentioned, everyone else gave me great ratings because they knew that I treated them with the utmost respect and I did everything I could to make their stay as beautiful and pleasant as possible. My apartment is Beautiful. I don't know that because it's mine, which would make me biased, I know it because all of my tenants told me so. All of my tenants were very happy with their stay and their reviews just testify to that.
