This bright 2nd-floor corner apartment in an elevator building is perfect for couples, small families, or friends and comfortably sleeps up to 4. The private bedroom features a queen bed and blackout shades, while the living room has a full-size pop-up sleeper sofa. Seven windows plus double French doors fill the apartment with beautiful natural light and gentle morning sun.

Enjoy all the comforts that make a Miami stay easy: in-unit washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 65” Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, private balcony, and beach gear ready for your days by the ocean. Parking is also available for an additional charge.

My partner and I had an amazing time in Miami and couldn't have been happier about our decision to stay here. This condo was the perfect place to pit stop throughout the day, and at night, it offered a very comfortable and quiet place to crash. During our 7-night stay, we walked as far as Soundscape Park and South Pointe Park and almost everywhere in between including the beach and Ocean Drive. We also frequented the bus/trolley stop right around the corner in front of the CVS to get to the surrounding areas. Of all the places we visited in Miami, this area definitely seems like the best place to stay. If we plan another trip, we'll be looking here first!

The host is very responsive to every message or request. The unit is basically spotless, exactly as described and perfect for even longer stays. Yes, you can hear the elevator and upstairs people if they are very noisy but honestly unless you have a special schedule and you have to sleep during the day, we never had any problem with noises at night. One of the best unit we ever rented and it will be the first we’ll check for our next stay in Miami Beach

Perfect location

Walking distance to pretty much everything, great restaurants, local coffee shops and the beach. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. I’m definitely staying at this property on my next visit.

top location and very comfortable place

We had a supertime in this very comfortable and well furnished and very complete appartment. The location is great, walking distance from the beach and a lot of great places to go to. All instructions and information was very good and we easily felt at home!!! Great towels!!

Excellent location. Easy walk to the beach and other locations. Very clean and the host was responsive to any questions. The elevator is right next to the room so you do frequently hear it, and I could hear the people above me - this didn’t bother me, but I could see if you were a light sleeper - it could be an issue.

Great condo

Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Clean quiet. Host was very nice.

I chose South of Fifth because it gives you the best of both sides of Miami Beach: a quieter residential neighborhood while still being within walking distance of everything that makes South Beach special. The beach, South Pointe Park, Ocean Drive, restaurants, cafés, shopping and bike rentals are all nearby. I especially love being able to leave the car behind, walk almost everywhere and then come home to a peaceful neighborhood away from the busiest part of South Beach.

What makes our condo special is the combination of comfort, amenities and an incredibly walkable South of Fifth location. The bright corner residence has a private balcony, in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi and everything you need for the beach. The gated Art Deco property also features a heated pool and BBQ area. Best of all, you really don’t need a car—walk to the beach, South Pointe Park, Ocean Drive, restaurants, cafés, shopping and bike rentals, then come home to a quiet residential neighborhood away from the busiest part of South Beach.
