Welcome to Unit 112!
You'll be on the beach in no time!

About 15 minutes north of Lahaina in the Napili area. Just finished painting the entire unit. New bed as less than a year old and just added AC so you can sleep in air conditioned comfort (not usually needed, but nice to know it's there). Recently finished complete remodel of the shower, new tile and shower head. Recently installed a new water heater and replaced the TV! In the past year we have also replaced the toilet, the couch, the dishwasher, the refrigerator, the kitchen faucet, the screen door, and the bedding. Unit is 100% furnished, including beach chairs, beach towels, queen bed in bedroom. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The view from the lanai in the photo was taken from our lanai, unit 112. Join us for an old Maui vibe and a view of Molokai unchanged for 5 million years. Literally.

The kitchen is furnished with everything you need, even a coffee grinder. Also fast WiFi, TV. We just bought new beach chairs, umbrella and new snorkel gear for your use. Other gear (including paddle boards and more) is available to rent from Boss Frog's in Napili Plaza around the corner, or next door at a shop in Napili Shore.

Complex is gated and quiet. Just steps away (literally) from the sandy beach of world famous Napili Bay. The BBQ's are on the sea wall which is approx. 40' from our unit. Lower floor means direct access to pool, BBQs and cove. No need to walk down stairs and all the way around the building when you're trying to get teriyaki skewers on the grill! We keep our rates below the other units in the Cove, we're a family owned unit for over 40 years.

The best snorkeling we have ever experienced!

Location, location, location! The condo complex is incredible. The views from the condo are fabulous. The grounds are kept immaculate. The condo is dated, but there is no reason to stay inside. The lanai, pool and cove keep you outside. Everyone is extremely friendly. Condo perks are air conditioning in bedroom, new comfortable mattress, new snorkeling equipment,new beach chairs and umbrella. Definitely recommend!!!

Comfy condo and excellent location

Great experience! The cove is a perfect location for snorkeling and swimming. The condo was comfy, especially the new bed. We enjoyed our time there and will try to stay there again when we next visit Maui.

Beautiful Location

Stayed for our 35th Anniversary , to swim with the turtles and the easy access. Sunsets , turtles, weather, parking , etc. !

Perfect place for relaxation

We loved the place, it is a little older but had everything we needed. The area if beautiful and the neighbors friendly. It was easy to get to places to eat and things to do. Loved having coffee in the morning beside the cove and watching the turtles.

Gorgeous stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Honokeana Cove! I was worried about not having A/C but that wasn’t a problem at all for us. We did come in March, so coming in summer might be a different story, but we weren’t too hot at all. The view from the lanai is simply stunning. The grounds here are beautiful and everything is so peaceful and quiet. We found that the snorkeling in the cove was the best out of the 8 different spots we went to on the island. We swam with 10 different turtles one day! (Giving them their space of course). We found the bed comfortable, and liked how large the shower was. The only complaint is that the bathroom door sticks and is quite hard to slide to open and close it. The check in process is easy and I loved having a code instead of keeping track of a key.

Lovely Condo In Paradice

I almost hate to give a good review cause I'd love to keep this place all to myself. This was our 3rd stay and we will be back.. The owner is very quick to respond and the condo is clean with the most amazing view of Molokai. The little cove is perfect for snorkeling and is filled with amazing sea turtles. Great spot to just relax and enjoy Maui

Everything we needed was there. Snorkeling could not be better and getting in and out for snorkeling was superb. We spent a lot of time just hanging out on the lanai, listening to the waves, watching the turtles, and spotting a few whales. Highly recommend this spot!!

Turtles galore!

Fabulous snorkeling in a quiet cove in a young family friendly property. Lots of grass and shad and the view from your lanai can’t be beat. We found we had overlooked there was no air conditioning, which in the winter not a problem, but we were quite warm. The breezes helped The condo could use an upgrade. Although it is equipped with everything you could possibly need, queen bed too small and really needs a facelift.

Turtles!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo (December and June). It is the best place to stay!! The price is reasonable and the views are spectacular. This is the best snorkeling bay on the island if you would like an up close and person experience with the turtles. At any given moment we could see about 20 turtles in the bay and also sunning on the rocks. The pool is refreshing and the property is well taken care of. We are already planning our next trip! 🐢

Perfect location

This is our second time at this property. The grounds are stunning as is the view. It is a quick drive for morning snorkeling at Honolulu Bay if you get tired of all the turtles here! We appreciated the new shower. While the queen bed may have a new mattress, one person rolls to the middle and the other is left sleeping on a slant. Because of this, we will book a different unit next time. This unit also lacks a few things - a large cutting board, quality knives, and basic spices are needed for a five star rating!

10 days was not enough! Love this spot

2nd time staying in this complex. Gorgeous spot to just hang out..No need to go anywhere. If it were me the only improvement I would consider is a new mattress. But it certainly would not keep us from coming back!

Great views, snorkeling all day!

Nothing better than quick access to the water for snorkeling. Condo was acceptable - utensils, appliances and pots/pan could use some new items. But that did not keep us from enjoying our time at the cove.

A Piece of Heaven

Perfect location and views

My partner and I have stayed in the Napili area many times of the years but this property offered the best location so far. It is located in a condo complex that is right next to an excellent snorkeling and swimming cove and has amazing sunsets. The condo was very clean and had essential cooking supplies. It is also located near the Napili Market and several rental shops that rent beach supplies. Easy walk to local beaches too if you do not want to deal with finding parking.

Great Snorkeling, Beautiful Setting

This is the type of place to return to every year. It’s a lovely oasis in a crowded, hectic world. The condo is comfortable and has everything you need. The market and local restaurants up the street make eating a joy. What makes this place is the location. The view from the patio of the cove, ocean and Molokai is always delightful. The grounds have the softest grass I ever felt. The cozy seclusion of the beautiful grounds begs you to relax in one of the many spots. You can stay on your patio, hang out by the pretty pool, lounge under the palm trees or sit at the sea wall watching turtles. Snorkeling in the protected cove is excellent. We saw turtles every time. It’s an quiet, older, small condo complex with a great manager who keeps the grounds immaculate. We enjoyed the happy, kind older folks who tend to rent there.

We have been on island for thirty-five years & enjoy the local community. We play ukes when on island.

Our main home is in Southern California. I grew up in San Diego and am a native-born & raised in San Diego.

Served in the USAF in Special Service...Went to Arizona State and married Marcia, who loves Hawaii as much as I do. We go to Maui three times a year.
