Welcome to Unit 112!
You'll be on the beach in no time!

About 15 minutes north of Lahaina in the Napili area. Just finished painting the entire unit. New bed as less than a year old and just added AC so you can sleep in air conditioned comfort (not usually needed, but nice to know it's there). Recently finished complete remodel of the shower, new tile and shower head. Recently installed a new water heater and replaced the TV! In the past year we have also replaced the toilet, the couch, the dishwasher, the refrigerator, the kitchen faucet, the screen door, and the bedding. Unit is 100% furnished, including beach chairs, beach towels, queen bed in bedroom. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom. The view from the lanai in the photo was taken from our lanai, unit 112. Join us for an old Maui vibe and a view of Molokai unchanged for 5 million years. Literally.

The kitchen is furnished with everything you need, even a coffee grinder. Also fast WiFi, TV. We just bought new beach chairs, umbrella and new snorkel gear for your use. Other gear (including paddle boards and more) is available to rent from Boss Frog's in Napili Plaza around the corner, or next door at a shop in Napili Shore.

Complex is gated and quiet. Just steps away (literally) from the sandy beach of world famous Napili Bay. The BBQ's are on the sea wall which is approx. 40' from our unit. Lower floor means direct access to pool, BBQs and cove. No need to walk down stairs and all the way around the building when you're trying to get teriyaki skewers on the grill! We keep our rates below the other units in the Cove, we're a family owned unit for over 40 years.

Perfect location! We could walk out our patio and swimIn the pool or go snorkeling. Such a great snorkeling spot. We saw so many fish varieties, spotted rays, eels and so many turtles! Condo was nicely equipped. AC in the bedroom was a bonus.All instructions were clearly explained. If we come back to Maui, this is our spot.

This is an amazing unit in one of the best locations on Maui, with the perfect mix of amenities within an easy going and relaxing atmosphere. Having access to one of the best snorkeling spots on the islands at your foot steps is simply amazing and can't be topped. Our host kept us well informed and the unit was spotless and well appointed. We are already planning our return trip.

The grounds of this property are immaculate. The snorkeling is fabulous. The place itself is not five star so as long as you don’t expect it this makes for a fantastic vacation getaway.

The setting was perfect right on a snorkeling bay. After we got the main fan to work, everything was great! Would recommend this condo to anyone.

The property was exceptionally clean, and the host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The lanai was one of our favorite places to relax and unwind. The views all day were incredible! We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras the host provided, including fins, snorkel gear, and high-quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs that we took with us everywhere. Those little touches made a big difference.The property is well maintained, very private, and tucked away in a peaceful setting. There are plenty of lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs available. It also has one of the best coves for spotting sea turtles. The on-site security was excellent with a security gate for the whole property. We felt very safe.Tip for the A/C: Keep all the windows and the back door closed, and the air conditioning will cool the entire condo very well. If you prefer your bedroom a little cooler at night, simply close the bedroom door about an hour before bed. That worked perfectly for us.

The place for snorkeling with the sea turtles!

The host simply thought of everything a guest could want. A highlight of my stay was definitely the snorkeling every morning with the many sea turtles, myriad colorful fish, sea urchins and even a small octopus.

Comfy condo and excellent location

Great experience! The cove is a perfect location for snorkeling and swimming. The condo was comfy, especially the new bed. We enjoyed our time there and will try to stay there again when we next visit Maui.

Perfect place for relaxation

We loved the place, it is a little older but had everything we needed. The area if beautiful and the neighbors friendly. It was easy to get to places to eat and things to do. Loved having coffee in the morning beside the cove and watching the turtles.

Great spot to just relax and enjoy Maui

Everything we needed was there. Snorkeling could not be better and getting in and out for snorkeling was superb. We spent a lot of time just hanging out on the lanai, listening to the waves, watching the turtles, and spotting a few whales. Highly recommend this spot!!
