Honokeana Cove 204 is a beautiful second‑floor condo offering a nearly 180‑degree view of the Cove—one of the most breathtaking vantage points in Napili. This northwest‑facing unit stays comfortably shaded all day, so you can relax on the lanai without sun shades while enjoying turtles gliding below, seasonal whale watching, and the soothing sound of the ocean.

Inside, the mezzanine bedroom features a queen bed, while the downstairs bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king upon request. Both spaces are cooled by air‑conditioning units at no extra charge, in addition to ceiling fans throughout the condo.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, Blue Pearl granite countertops, under‑mount sinks, and Maple cabinetry—perfect for preparing meals to enjoy on your lanai with an oceanfront backdrop.

Honokeana Cove is known for some of the best snorkeling on Maui. The cove is filled with vibrant coral, colorful tropical fish, and an abundance of green sea turtles. It’s not a matter of if you’ll see them—it’s how many. Kayaking and paddleboarding are also popular right from the shoreline.

The hosts were unbelievably helpful, especially as we were navigating complicated weather in the area and had to delay our trip by a day. They also were instrumental in helping us handle having baby-related rental gear dropped off in advance of us arriving (given our delays).The property itself really cannot be beat. We loved the views, the mezzanine, the balcony, incredible snorkeling access to the cove itself, the pool, and the overall proximity to all things Napili and Kapalua. Highly recommended across the board.

The best snorkel bay in the west side

Up to 10 sea turtles will come ashore every night, calm bay to see turtles and fish anytime of the day. Awesome location, lush gardens, special touches like tiki torches at night.

Great unit w A/C that’s a game changer.

Kitchen was simply updated a while back, provided the basic kitchen needs. Downstairs bedroom was spacious with A/C unit in corner. Our 2 year old son slept downstairs in that room. Side note - we ordered a crib from Maui on the fly and it was never received, so the first night we asked Kerry at the front desk if she happened to have a pack n play on property, and sure enough! She delivered because she’s awesome!A/C was fantastic. The downstairs room was always cold and it was a great break from the heat.Upstairs loft was nice- also had an A/C unit in corner. It wasn’t as effective only because it’s not a closed space, but still provided a slight break from the heat. Bedsheets were VERY warm- we took them off at night. Our son loved the lanai but made us a little nervous with the rail since he’s only 2. We loved having breakfast/ coffee on the lanai and saying hi to the honus. Our condo had (4) beach chairs, an old umbrella and 4 pool noodles. We used the chairs at the beach and the noodles at the pool.Laundry was used for towels - quick and easy. Overall, a wonderful break from reality. Killer sunsets and great grassy area that my son loved to run around in. Great memories made and already counting down the days till we come back!

Aloha Chris, Thank you for your comments. This unit is not are just a few items that need some attention. Both bathrooms were recently remodeled . Sorry about the rusty there were 2 other spatulas in the drawer. We have been so busy since we opened that the owner can not even get some time in his own unit to get some of these taken care of. Well stocked kitchen, appreciated the variety of spices provided. Husband appreciated nice BBQ grills. Access to snorkeling was so easy and we snorkeled with the resident turtles every day and admired them sleeping on the beach every night. Loved proximity to Napili Beach. Enjoyed the laid-back vibe here, it is a small community and everyone was very friendly. Resident manager does a great job maintaining everything and keeping the grounds beautiful. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Honeymoon in Paradise

We are torn between wanting to tell the world about how beautiful and peaceful it is, and wanting to keep it as a secret paradise for ourselves!! Our unit was clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked with everything we needed to make us feel comfortable and allow us to relax. Having three big community grills to use was a bonus! The grounds were gorgeous. Greg and the groundskeeper were working hard to keep everything looking perfect. Thank goodness for Su, in the office. She is a gem! I am sure that she is the reason that the running of Honokeana Cove looks effortless, and goes so smoothly. In addition to all of these fabulous amenities, Nature has provided the most amazing aquarium for snorkeling, right outside the front door. We were sad to leave, and are already planning our return. It can't be soon enough!!

Reviewer Comments: We always love being at Honokeana Cove, although each condo has its own advantages. 204 is almost over the pool so you get all the noise from the pool,but you can see the beautiful water and the turtles and you feel a part of what is going on outside when you are sitting on your own lanai.There is a beautiful view.
