Classic Home Just Minutes from CASV!

Come stay in our elevated home that has been in our family for over 40 years. Our home is less than one mile from the Cooperstown All-Star Village—you really could walk! We have thought of you and all your needs, and our home thrives on the details. Our home is your home.

PLEASE NOTE:
*We follow the Cooperstown All-Star Village schedule. Therefore, May 30, 2027 through August 28, 2027 we have a 6 night minimum and 6 night maximum.

*Early departures are non-refundable, and no refunds are given for unused nights.

The space:
The house has three bedrooms, one full bath, and one half bath. You will immediately notice the easy access to a full washer and dryer, large eat-in kitchen, and the open concept dining room and living room. The den is the perfect place to snuggle up with a good book, connect with colleagues, or soak in some quiet. The front porch is one our favorite spots to feel a summer storm. You may even get to watch the fireworks at CASV from the porch! A top amenity if the central air conditioning. You will be cool and comfortable throughout your stay. We would love to hear what you think of our childhood home!

Guest Access:
All spaces will be available to you, except the basement and garage.

Other things to note:
-Kathy would be happy to provide recommendations for the local eats and treats. She has spent 52 years here in our beloved hometown.

This was a great place to stay—what a rental should be. It was perfect for us while our son played baseball at Cooperstown All Star Village. I didn’t realize how useful the proximity to the fields would be. We could walk there to avoid parking, and the convenience was top tier. Beyond the location, the house itself is lovely. It’s nicely decorated and very comfortable. It’s one of the best rentals we’ve had anywhere.

Bryan and his family were wonderful guests. They were neat, respectful to the property and very communicative! We would for sure rent to them again. It was our pleasure to host them!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. This home is absolutely stunning! It was impeccably maintained and spotless from top to bottom.We stayed here with our family while our son played baseball in Cooperstown, and our entire stay was a delight. I was particularly impressed by the level of thought and attention to detail that went into every aspect of the experience. We were welcomed with fresh-baked goods from a local bakery and beautiful flowers, which immediately made us feel at home.Everything was exceptionally well-stocked—from laundry pods, disinfectant wipes, and full-size bottles of Biolage hair products to extra blankets and high-quality ceramic cookware. The owners truly anticipated every need. Honestly, I didn't want to leave. I could have happily stayed there forever. The layout was equally impressive. We had three adults and our 12-year-old son, and the design of the home is so thoughtful that we never felt crowded. There was more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy their own privacy without feeling like we were on top of one another.This house was the highlight of our trip. I even emailed the property management team to tell them, "You can tell this place is managed by women." They just get it.I would gladly return to this little gem, and I highly recommend it without hesitation. It is the best VRBO experience we've had so far - and we have traveled A LOT!

This is the most charming and clean home in Oneonta/Cooperstown! Every detail that is put in to this house is SO cute! Being the team mom, I needed convenient accessibility to All Star Village to deliver cases of water, clean laundry, snacks, etc. With a 2 minute drive to the park, it made things so easy. After my second visit to ASV, I highly recommend staying here over any other place! Thank you very much girls for making our family feel at home! The best.

Kristie and her family make being a host super easy! They treated our home as if it were their own, they followed all the house rules and the place was so clean and tidy when they left. We would be honored to host them again and again!

This is our childhood neighborhood. We grew up on this block, riding bikes, playing until dark, and came home when our father would whistle for us or when the streetlights came on!

We are three sisters managing a small business with our childhood home. You will see touches from our lives and our children's lives thoughout the home. We have turned this house into everything we wanted it to be while growing up there!
