My family and I visited for our son's CASV experience. This beautiful, historic home is in pristine condition. The house was immaculately clean and amenities were graciously provided. I would highly recommend this property and host to anyone visiting the area.

Look No Further! Beautiful, charming home updated tastefully. Close to ASV. Close to the main drag in downtown Oneonta. Comfortable and accommodating. The host was exceptional. We had THE BEST week!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the City Center Inn. Walking distance to downtown Oneonta and great restaurants. Only 8 minutes from All Star Village which is key for family’s of ASV participants.

This place will far exceed your expectations

This house has it all, from the welcome packages to the amenities to the superb cleanliness this house was perfect. We stayed for our son’s baseball tournament in the Cooperstown all star village and was the perfect location to get to the fields quickly and being right in the middle of downtown. Would definitely recommend to everyone we know coming back to the area.

This beautiful home was the perfect place for us to stay in Oneonta for out daughter’s graduation. Fred is a great host who made sure we had everything needed to enjoy our stay! I have already highly recommended this home! Liz

Wonderful home and location

We stayed with another couple while our boys played baseball at the All Star Village. The home is nicely updated and very clean. We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. I would recommend this location! A++!

The house was perfect for our recent trip to ASV. We were able to travel back and forth to games easily. House was very centrally located to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The house had everything we needed and more - including games & activities for my kids, welcome snacks/wines and more. Fred was wonderful to work with and we would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Oneonta!

A perfect get away

Super clean and well maintained. Comfortable, relaxing. Well stocked kitchen and conveniently located. Nothing lacking. A beautiful place to gather and owners were gracious welcoming hosts.

Michelle & family were excellent guests. We hope that there stay in our Inn on New Year’s eve weekend was enjoyable. They were very courteous and respectful of the property and the neighborhood. Quiet, clean, and we enjoyed hosting them. I would certainly hope to see them again.

The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. It made our stay so comfortable. The host was quick to respond to our messages and was very hospitable. It only took us a few minutes to get to the Cooperstown baseball fields and was within walking distance from Main Street. I would 100% recommend to friends/family.

Great stay in Oneonta

We had a great stay at this property in Oneonta. The house was spotless, beautifully appointed and very spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and clean. All of the beds are very comfortable and the bedding and towels provided were nice. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Great Location and Super Nice Place

We were in town for week 5 of the CASV tournament and the location of the house to the fields was fantastic. The house felt warm and had all the things we needed. The owner, Fred, was very patient with us and communicated very well. We appreciated all of his flexibility. Definitely would recommend this place to any families and friends traveling to CASV for a week in the summer.

Center City in Oneonta

A group of SUNY Oneonta graduates gathered for an informal 50 year reunion. This house is wonderful and very comfortable! We really enjoyed the screened and covered porch with a great picnic table. Our hosts were super helpful and informative. We all just had a great time for our three night stay. This house was the perfect choice and I would heartily recommend it to anyone visiting Oneonta!

Fantastic House & Location!

House was perfect for our CASV week! Had everything we needed, so it was really nice not to have to go buy a bunch of house supplies for the week. Kids loved the basketball hoop, cornhole, wiffle ball, and piano! It was also very clean and lots of room to spread out. Perfect location...only 8 min drive to CASV and 5 minute walk to downtown Oneonta! Loved it! Owners were also always available for questions and highly communicative. Highly recommend!!

Tru Blue Weekend stay

My best college friends and I reunited in Oneonta for Tru Blue Weekend at Hartwick College. Fred’s house and property is meticulously maintained, perfectly clean and very comfortable. The location was key as we could walk everywhere - campus, downtown, etc… He had snacks and a bottle of wine for us upon arrival. His communication throughout the booking process and and answering my questions before arrival was quick and thorough. I highly recommend this house for any reason you red to suit the area.

Graduation weekend

The pictures do not do the inn justice!! This is an older house that has been renovated, keeping many of the original features along with modern kitchen and bathrooms….a charming blend of old and new. With plenty of room for five of us to spread out it was very clean and welcoming. Decorated for Christmas, it felt like home. We actually spent an entire day just sitting in front of the fireplace!!Items listed were accurate and I was very impressed with the kitchen as it was well stocked with anything and everything you may need. (We actually made cupcakes while there.)Fred met us upon arrival and was very welcoming and easy to reach the few times I reached out.A wonderful stay and would definitely return if in the area!!

Perfect spot for the Cooperstown All Star Village tournament. Location is excellent within walking distance of shops and restaurants on Main Street and the local YMCA. You can easily go back and forth to the village but also experience the best of the charming town. Fred is an excellent host and lives right next door in case anything comes up. So glad we found this spot!

If your traveling for Cooperstown ASV this is place to stay. Close proximity to everything and house had everything you could need. Host was very responsive and made everything very easy.

Fred was great to deal with and the communication was super easy. The house was perfect and the location could not have been better with a very short walk to Main Street with many food options.

Cooperstown

We couldn’t of asked for anything more! The house is full of character and charm, has a perfect location to Main Street in Oneonta and All Star Village which was important for us during the Cooperstown tournament. Fred could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We hope to return there in a couple of years with our second son for another Cooperstown trip. Thanks so much Fred!

Great house for All Star Village families!

This house and location was a fantastic option for families of All-Star Village Cooperstown players! Fred was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed. We only had two families staying there, but we could’ve easily had a third, if needed, and one room even included a crib. The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning worked great. One queen room and on-suite is downstairs which provides some nice privacy from the rooms upstairs. It was only nine minutes from All Star Village, a very easy drive. There are coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would 100% recommend this home for your All Star Cooperstown experience!

Great stay near Cooperstown

We stayed in this lovely home for a week while our son played at Cooperstown. The house was clean, well-cared for and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Thanks for sharing your home!

Amazing house and location!!

This house is beautiful! Fantastically renovated. It’s less than a 5 min walk to Main St where there are some amazing restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Week

Spent a week at The Inn while my son played at All Star Village. Truly a place I enjoyed coming home to after a long day of baseball. The house was immaculate and you really appreciate the care that is taken by the owner to maintain the home and ensure a great experience. If I find myself up that way again I’d stay there again without hesitation.
