A Lakeview Paradise

This waterfront lake house is conveniently located just off of I-88 and half way between Cooperstown and Oneonta on Goodyear lake. The lake house features spectacular views from the master bedroom, kitchen and living room. There is an elevated deck off the kitchen with a hot tub and barbecue where lake views can be enjoyed. Stroll down and relax on a deck closer to the water. Be sure to visit all the nearby attractions, we are centrally located 12 miles (15 minutes) from All Star Village and 16 miles from Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Relax, unwind and enjoy the view!

Great home with beautiful views

We enjoyed staying here with our family and grandparents during my son’s baseball tournament at Dreams Park. We enjoyed swimming and fishing in the lake. The house was spacious, comfortable and the updates were nice.

Great Get Away

We came for our son’s baseball tournament at Dreams Park. The location of this property was great in terms of ease to get to everything. Place was spacious and comfortable and welcome basket was a nice added touch!

Cooperstown Week with Lake Fun

Location on the lake was breathtaking for the two families that shared the home. Centrally located between both Cooperstown & Oneonta, so perfect for either game locations. Unit had everything you could need and home was very clean and well kept. Highly recommend for your week in the area.

A Fantastic Experience!

The Lakehouse is AMAZING! Four families stayed for a week while our boys played at Dreams Park. We grilled burgers, made a huge Italian dinner in the kitchen, relaxed on the deck, caught some fish, jumped in the lake and had the best time! The updates to the house are outstanding! The welcome gift and quarters for the laundry were very appreciated. It’s a great rental…super clean, very spacious, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to families playing at Dreams Park…or any family! We loved it.

Exactly what we were looking for

We recently stayed at this property for a dreams park tournament. The house was as presented. Actually better, as it seems they had some nice cosmetic renovations. We liked the welcome basket upon arrival. The owner was easy to reach. The house was clean and everything we needed in kitchen, ect was there. We loved being on the lake and fishing off the dock. One of the really nice things about this house that others did not mention is it south of dreams park so easier to get in there from the south and the proximity to Oneanta. Will recommend this house to others who will be going to the area in the next year.

Cute place on the lake, unbeatable views!!

Nice and roomy home on the lake. Views were phenomenal! House was about 15min from All Star Village. We got lucky with not a super hot week. AC worked great but froze the room in the basement. House was stocked with all necessary items. Had a small issue and the owners were very responsive! Only two complaints...It would be nice to have some ropes on the dock so if you rent kayaks or paddleboards you have something to tie up to. The home has laundry but bring your quarters because it's not free which was a bummer. Other than those two things, no complaints. We had a fantastic week!

We were extremely happy.

Our grandson played baseball in Cooperstown. We had 5 adults, 1 teen and an 8 year old and we had plenty of room. The lake was an added bonus for our down time. Two of the bedrooms were huge. If we ever come back we would certainly rent this house again.

Great property with super helpful owners. The lake is lovely and the home and its amenities are just as advertised. A perfect lake getaway close to Cooperstown and All Star Village!

Great location and lots of space!

The house on the lake was perfect for our trip. Lots of space for 3 families and super convenient to Cooperstown and All Star Village. Loved the morning and evening views from the deck, and the hot tub was perfect after a long day at the fields.

Great place and location to CASV or Dreams Park!

Property was exactly as described. We had 2 families stay during our baseball tournament. House was 10 minutes to the field with a great view and place to spread out. Owners were quick to get back with us when we had questions. I would 100% recommend this place. Thank you!!!

Hidden Gem

Colleen and Larry were amazing! Quick to answer all questions and concerns both before and during our stay. It is a beautiful older home and the lake view is breathtaking. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck, relaxing in the hot tub and grilling out there in the evening. We were close to the baseball fields and could not have asked for a better rental.

Great house

We had a great weekend away with family at this house! Plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean. Unfortunately the weather didn’t work out to really take advantage of the lake but we enjoyed the hot tub on the deck instead!

Felt just like home :)

Colleen and Larry's beautiful stay on the lake was the perfect getaway all while feeling the comforts of home. Dead of winter, the lake was frozen which made for some great day time fun. The grand kitchen made cooking breakfast and dinner great, the sleeping arrangements were top notch and the hot tub was the cherry on top. We can't thank Colleen and Larry enough for their hospitality and hope to come back in summer to enjoy the lake with a different view!

Peaceful and super clean house

We had a great family stay for Thanksgiving at Larry and Colleen. The house is super clean, the view on the lake is so peaceful. The kitchen is very well equipped. Larry and Colleen are very responsive and very easy to communicate with. Great stay. Would go back.

Stunning vistas.

Colleen and Larry were fabulous hosts. Everything we needed was there and all questions, problems were handled quickly and in a business-like manner. The house was well equipped and the lake views from the house and deck were gorgeous!

Family Fun

Our stay at Larry and colleen's home was awesome. The porch and the hot tub ended up being the favorite place to hand. The set up in the house was perfect; allowed us to be preparing multiple meals a day and still be part of the action in the living room area.The kids could push cars and around and around which kept them busy for hours at a stretch!! Larry and colleen were perfect hosts; ready to help within a few minutes of contact!! The only feedback we have is that while the lake was beautiful and we did rent a boat one day, the dock did not allow for easy play in the water. We also felt that the dining room was very dark. Both of these did not impact a perfect week!!! Overall we'd rate our stay as excellent!!

Wonderful lake getaway

We were looking for a lake getaway since our vacation plans this year had all been cancelled due to the pandemic. We found this property on VRBO and are so glad we booked it! The views of the lake were stunning in all weather and were best enjoyed from the hot tub on the deck! My husband was able to put his kayak in on the first day, keeping it tied up at the dock the rest of the time, and spent many hours fishing. The house was spotless and Colleen was great - very responsive when we had a minor issue with the washing machine. Many of the usual area attractions were closed due to the pandemic/end of the summer season, but we spent time at a few of the area state parks and breweries with outdoor dining. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent there again!

Great owner's with lovely property

Larry & Colleen were great fr the day I inquire to book all the way to the end of our stay. They respond to all communications promptly and answered all my questions prior to booking. They also were waiting for us to arrive in the property for about an hour as we got some unforeseen delays. They greet us warmly and gave us a complete tour of the house. They were also very fast in solving a hot tub issue that came up during our stay. The house itself is very clean and has all the needed amenities (except for the shampoos and the fact that the laundry is coined). There is a football team in the living room along with a tv. The kitchen is almost fully equipped but if you need very large pans (for like 8-10 adults) you may need to bring it yourself. The house isn’t really secluded but it has a good enough distance from the neighbors to make it feel private and the lake front is also totally private as it is the closest house to the lake. Finally, the fact that there were 5 rooms was also great for our group as we were 5 couples.

Lovely lakeside home
