We loved our stay at The Great Outdomes! The dome is clean and cute. The shower water pressure is fantastic! On site amenities, including a putting green, bags game, fire pit and fire heated hot tub are great. It’s a nice central location for visiting Mammoth Cave National Park and the Bourbon Trail. Just down the road you can rent a pontoon boat at the Wax Marina. Nolan Lake is beautiful and I highly recommend doing this.

Great for a family with 2 kids. Hosts thought of everything you might possibly need and responded quickly to any questions. We’d love to come back again!

Super cool place. Even better than pictures with do much cool outdoor space. Bring yard games. Wonderful host that has thought of everything including coffee pods and fire starters!

We enjoyed our stay ! The owners have thought of every small detail to make your stay comfortable and convenient . It was relaxing and unique . Loved the sense of being outdoors without being outdoors . Love that you can bring pets , our dogs enjoyed themselves . The dome does get a little overheated in the day but the outside is just as nice . A lot of time and energy went into creating a nice outdoor space .

Beautiful, large, clean dome with amazing features that are as stunning in person as they are in the photos. We enjoyed the putting green and corn hole on the large back lawn. My kids had a great time in the tree rope fort. My husband loved the challenge and reward of the wood burning hot tub which we had never experienced. The fire pit was beautifully located by the woods and the hanging lights in the evening made the space even more magical. I know there are caves and other attractions nearby, but we weren’t even tempted to venture out because the property is so beautiful and fun. Incredible memories made with the family. Made it worth the 10-hour drive.

Thought of everything! All the things you may have forgotten to bring! Absolutely beautiful well kept place. I would only suggest domes marked. Fortunately one was under construction so we had whole property to ourselves! Had to unplug timered plug in lights over hot tub area! Too much light for us to sleep shining through plastic. These hosts are simply the best and had contact with both of them very easily. A bouquet of roses and a welcome card greeted us when we unlocked door! For someone who’s been married 32 years, it’s the little things that count! Thank you guys so much Rhett and Brittney

I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience was! Our last minute trip turned into one of the best weekend getaways we’ve ever had. My husband and I were blown away from the moment we pulled up to the dome. The details and care of the dome to ensure our stay was comfortable were evident. There was even a filled water dish out for our pup when we arrived. The dome was spotless, the bed was cozy, and the view was spectacular!

This was a great, relaxing weekend get away! It is as pictured, clean, and a perfect glamping set up! The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend and return in the future!

The dome is a unique stay!! We purposefully went with the transparent ceiling concept so our guests can experience the outdoors in a comfortable setting. From star gazing to experiencing rain fall, snow fall or even a thunderstorm- you will feel one with nature by the end of your stay. Truly refreshing!
