House was very nice! Was perfect for my little family and very pet friendly. Also was very happy to have a full garage to park. Host was also very responsive throughout our full stay.

All-around good experience and city-adjacent location, though it is functionally more of a 3.5 bedroom house and renters will want to inquire about the timer on the water heater.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great home, easy check-in, and a great outdoor area. Close to town for groceries and restaurants, and just minutes from all of the hiking trails we wanted to explore.

We had an awesome time here! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and the outdoor area was great for morning coffee and star gazing. Highly recommend for Joshua Tree visitors.

Loved this house! Close to shops, restaurants, and Joshua Tree. Plenty of space for our group of 10, and the layout made it easy to relax together in the living area. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay for exploring the area. The house is roomy and well equipped, and the pool was such a hit after long days of hiking. Communication with the host was fast and helpful.

We had a really fun time here. The pool and deck were everyone’s favorite spots, and the sauna was a nice extra. The house was easy to find and check-in was smooth.

Perfect spot for a group adventure. We were in and out to Joshua Tree all week and always loved coming back to relax here. Comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, and plenty of seating for everyone.

This place was even better than the photos! The heated pool and sauna made our trip so relaxing, and we loved being just a short drive from Joshua Tree National Park. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group.

The heated pool was amazing and perfect for kids to splash around in. The sauna was a nice bonus after our hikes. The home is updated and comfortable, exactly what we wanted for our desert getaway.

The house was very nice and comfortable overall. The property management was responsive and addressed our needs promptly. The home had a unique layout with plenty of space, including a private additional room, and the main house was warm and well heated. The location was convenient close to Joshua Tree park entrances, nearby stores, and a Tesla supercharger, which was a great bonus. Overall, a pleasant stay and a good base for exploring the area.

Overall exceptional experience. We wanted to extend our stay but, unfortunately, someone else snatched it up. Hands down, the best short term rental we've ever had. Host communication was outstanding. I would recommend everyone to stay here, but that might prevent us from being able to stay here again!

Disappointing Experience – Would Not RecommendUnfortunately, our stay at this property fell well short of expectations, and I would not recommend it based on our experience.Check-in was not scheduled until 5:00 PM, which is already later than many rental properties. I communicated with the host in advance to confirm that we would arrive right at 5:00 PM. Despite this, upon arrival, the cleaning crew was still on-site, and the property was in considerable disarray with substantial cleaning and preparation still to be completed. We were told we could wait inside while the crew finished, which was not the welcome or check-in experience we had expected.I contacted the host to express my frustration with the situation. During the subsequent attempt to resolve the issue through Vrbo support, I was advised that partial compensation would only be provided if I left a positive review. I made it clear that I would not misrepresent our experience in exchange for compensation. Reviews should reflect an honest account of a guest’s stay, not be influenced by the promise of a financial adjustmentIn the end a very minimal partial refund was offered and I still how wait two weeks later for a damage deposit to be returned. Read the fine print and decide if this place is for you before booking, for us it wasn’t.

Overall our stay was great and would stay again. Communication was awesome and the home fit all of our needs.The only thing I would note is that I wouldn't call it kid friendly. One of the four bedrooms is a office located outside. It was perfect for me since my plan was to work while kids swam. The other thing is that my kids got cut and huge splinters from the pool. There's also I giant pit near the pool I was scared they'd fall in. Maybe better for someone with older or no kiddos.
