With 4-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and an outside shower, guests will find plenty of space to relax and unwind. The 4-bedrooms feature a mix of 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 3 twin beds, perfect for families or groups. Stay comfortable with heating and AC in every room, and enjoy the convenience of many amenities including washer/dryer, towels, linens, and toiletries. This cool cottage offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will make your stay feel like a home away from home. Book now and enjoy everything this cottage has to offer.

Has a wonderful time on our family get a way. Access to the beach was top notch. Leave the house and you’re in the beach in 5 minutes!!

GiGi's beach house was the location of our family of 12 annual vacation. Many times pictures don't depict was you actually get but we were quite surprised by how accurate the listing and pictures were...it was much more excellent than we anticipated...close proximity either by walking, biking or driving to restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, mini golf and, of course, the beach! We really enjoyed the front porch and hung out there most of our trip. There were many board and card games available, which our family enjoys, as well as three bikes:) The listing states 2 and 1/2 baths but really you have 3 full baths if you include the outside shower (has hot water). Loved, loved the outside shower. (Nothing like being out in nature.) There was plenty of parking (we had 4 cars), plenty of comfy beds, as well as towels, and a great supply of kitchen items for cooking, including paper towels; and toilet paper. The AC was phenomenal and could be adjusted in each room. We were honored to be the second guests renting at this lovely beach house.

We had a great stay at this beach cabin with 7 people- 5 teenagers and 2 adults. It was a great fit for us.The cabin itself is actually 2 cabins, connected by the porch. Kitchen, family room, loft bedroom, 1 full bath and 1 half bath in cabin 1. In cabin 2, there is a loft bedroom area, 2 more bedrooms plus a full bath. I didn't realize it was 2 cabins when we booked it. Exterior photos clearly show it, I just didn't see it. This was perfect for us, because our teenagers had some of their own space in cabin 2.We had plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking dinners. Bathrooms had toiletries, plenty of towels, etc. Washer and dryer were great. Each room has its own temperature control, good for keeping all comfy. Cabin 1 steps to the loft area are steep. Cabin 2 steps to the loft area are almost a ladder. Was not an issue for our crew, but good to know if you're bringing younger or older people.Outdoor setting is super! Large wrap around porch with seating, lots of trees for hammocks. (There are 2 hammocks provided, we brought more.) Quiet neighborhood with easy walk to the beach and other local things to do. Beach guards and staff were all friendly and helpful.Owner was very easy to work with. Easy checkin/checkout. There was a plumbling malfunction while we were there, repair people came quickly, issue was resolved, they picked up after themselves. We definitely recommend and will stay here again if we find ourselves in Deleware again.

My kids grew up going to Middlesex beach (in South Bethany) and I feel in love with the tranquil feel of the community. I rented homes here for many years before I made the decision to purchase 10 years ago.

The wooded community that is quiet but also walking distance to the private beach is very rare. It is also close to restaurants and the boardwalk but still has a peaceful vibe.
