Make yourself at home in this 2500+sq ft 3 level home featuring two living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 west facing covered patios and an amazing kitchen perfect for a larger group.

The space features oversized bedrooms, two with with king beds and one with two queen beds, offering plenty of room for a retreat and restful night. The oversized primary suite takes up the entire third floor and completely private. There are two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and two washer/dryer units. Two decks provide excellent sunset viewing with glimpses of Turnagain Arm. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your day, this beautiful and pleasant home provides a fantastic base for your getaway right in downtown Anchorage. Property is fully fenced with key-less entry and a nice private outdoor green space. Off street parking for two vehicles is included.

Feel free to reach out to us during your stay. Concierge services are available if you don't want to shop or get groceries before you arrive. For guest convenience there is 4x4 SUV available for rent that lives on the property 24/7, if you don't want to bother with an additional rental reservation. We're happy to suggest local spots to check out, hike, dine and make suggestions on what to do during your stay. All you have to do is ask.

Wonderful place! Great location, very clean, plenty of space, updated, wonderful appliances, and comfortable beds. We were only there 2 nights but were very comfortable. Highly recommend. Can walk to most places.

Big spacious place. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, four bathrooms is nice. We were bummed the fireplace wasn’t working, nor the ice maker. But it was convenient and very clean.

The property was great. My only concern was that there was no means to recycle appropriate waste products. I don't know if Anchorage simply lacks a recycling facility. At least stores and restaurants used exclusively paper bags and b oxes, for which I was grateful.

This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The downtown location couldn't have been better, especially since I needed to travel frequently to both South and North Anchorage.Traveling from Washington to plan a celebration of life remotely was challenging, but this home gave us everything we needed. There was plenty of space to organize flowers, prepare for the event, and welcome family members who stopped by to visit. Having everyone together in such a comfortable setting made this trip incredibly special. It was so much better than staying in a hotel because everyone felt at ease, and we were able to spend meaningful time together. Our family also commented on how beautiful, updated, and tastefully decorated the home was.The primary suite was amazing and felt like our own private retreat after long, emotional days. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and everyone mentioned how well they slept.Every amenity we needed to make this feel like a true home away from home was provided. The only drawback was the number of stairs, which were a bit challenging for some of our older family members. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.I have already recommended this property to others and would gladly stay here again the next time I'm in Alaska.

The house was amazing. Lots of room and personal space for 3 couples to relax. The house is located within walking distance to restaurants and a store. The store was 3 blocks away, sold groceries, cooked food items, and fresh seafood. The seafood was the most reasonable we found to ship home. Zach was amazing, he had the items we requested before our stay. We had a problem with the upstairs shower and contacted him. He had it repaired quickly. Definitely a gem to rent for an Alaskan trip. We will definitely stay again when we return.

Lovely clean house, lots of room, and easy to walk into downtown Anchorage. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The host Zack is very helpful and responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for two nights before departing on a cruise out of Whittier. This fit the bill for our group of four that needed three separate bedrooms. It's located within walking distance of downtown Anchorage. The beds are comfortable, though the pillows left something to be desired. I appreciated the bath products in the bathrooms and loved the nugget ice maker in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away. The home is very nice and comfortable, I'd stay again.

This home is outstanding. Very spacious and well equipped. Depending on the time of the year it is also within walking distance ti downtown. We had a wonderful time in Anchorage and hope to stay in this home when we visit again.

The property was very clean and had all of the amenities needed for our stay. It is within walking distance to restaurants, the mall, and the downtown area. The host was very helpful when it came to recommendations for activities and dining in the area and there were multiple brochures available for us to review. I had a couple questions during our stay, and the host responded promptly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing place. Centrally located. Only noted would be that WiFi is extremely slow and the blinds would be nicely replaced with properly sized blackout for the late night daylight
