Porches on both levels of the home overlook a quiet, wooded setting, offering relaxing views for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The space features a king bed, queen bed, and twin beds. With three bathrooms, including three soothing bathtubs, guests can unwind after a day of exploring. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC, making it a pleasant retreat no matter the season. One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed. If we come back to Oak Island, we hope this property is available - it is amazing. The place was extremely clean, easy to access, and the owner placed plenty of amenities to make the trip easy for a family of five.

We have stayed in many units at St. James and this was by far one of the best. The decor is so beautiful and it is so well stocked. They thought of everything.

Beautifully furnished, immaculately clean. Care and thought went into making this a lovely space to sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of St. James Plantation. Host was quick to reply and very obviously cared about providing the ultimate luxury experience for their guests. A wonderful stay!

The condo was beautiful. Our stay was great. It was very clean, relaxing and welcoming. I had a question and contacted the owner and she answered immediately and told me to let her know if we needed anything further. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. Everything was perfect!

The house is beautiful and super clean and organized! We went for a long weekend for our daughter's birthday and she loved having her own bedroom upstairs away from her brothers.The pool is very lovely. There were not many people out the day we were at the pool so it made for a very relaxing time. Neighbors were friendly and kept to themselves and night time was very peaceful.The host was very responsive when we had any questions or comments. My daughter was even met with a sweet surprise from the host for her special day!

Kim was an amazing host. We absolutely loved the home — the labeled cabinets and light switches were such a thoughtful touch. The space felt warm, welcoming, and truly family-friendly. It was also conveniently located near so many great activities and adventures. We will definitely be saving this as one of our favorite stays!

St. James is a treasure! Located on the sparkling waters of the Intracoastal Waterway, it is a unique community that preserves nature while offering a variety of interesting and fun activities for visitors. We love the marina which offers a tranquil setting for dining, drinks, shopping or just watching the boats come and go. Waterway Park, just a few steps from the marina, has a playground, covered picnic area, and a beautiful covered dock overlooking the waterway.

We love the spaciousness of our place, including the fact that each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. The deck/porch off the downstairs living area is so nice for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine in a peaceful, outdoor setting. The upstairs bedroom has a second covered balcony of its own. The community pool just a few steps from our place is beautiful and includes a nicely appointed grilling area.
