Love the convenience to stores, beach, and other attractions. Very nice home that is perfect for anyone looking to visit Oak Island. Be sure to take time to enjoy the back porch.

Everything inside was nice. We could tell alot of money had been spent remodeling the inside. The master bedroom on the other hand. The room was closed up when I first arrived. We opened the bedroom door and it smelled like wet dog and cigarette smoke. Not pleasant. But it did air out a little. Other than that it was great. I hate to complain but next guest may have a bigger issue

Fun stay

We had an amazing time. The house & yard was all we needed & enjoyed the board games with the kids.the owner reach out to us on check out because we struggled to get out on time & they were extremely understanding that we had children issues that morning.

Great beach stay

Our stay here was great. Quiet house, screened in back porch and a fenced back yard. Everything functioned well. It was like being at home on vacation.Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

Close to everything. Rained a lot while we were there so the screened back porch was the perfect spot to sit and relax.

We were 13 mins early. Only 1 bed was made. 1 had a stained foam cushion covered in hair. The cleaner must have left for personal reasons. She came back at 4, saying she’d had 20 mins left, like we were way early. She asked us to wait outside and cleaned until 4:43. We waited in the heat, eaten by insects. The floor wasn’t swept. The couch cover was full of stains & crumbs. The couch was stained and nasty, food in between the cushions. They were flat and low to the floor. The towels were stained, 1 had holes. 1 was used by someone on their period. We didn’t want to sit down or touch anything. Old smell. The house needs updating. The pics are false advertising and have to be 10 years old. Everything looks like it came from an antique store. The kitchen is the only nice room.A boat took half the driveway. We were told there was plenty of room for 2 cars, not true. 1 toiled overflowed and the other was about to clog too. The owner didn’t respond for almost 2 hours. We had to wait on the city to fix it.The coffee pot would not brew the first day, but worked the next. This is located on the MAIN highway; traffic ROARED all night. The owner offered to refund 1 night and we were grateful. Evolve ended up refunding the 150 cleaning fee and 20% of 1 night which didn’t equal the compensation we deserved, but was appreciated.We couldn’t wait to leave. The only positive things I can say are the kitchen has been updated and the flooring is nice, and it is close to the beach.

Home away from Home, all the comforts of home in a great location on Oak Island. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Great time !

Came down for a wedding and this place was the perfect place to stay! So clean ! Contact with the host was always on a timely manner ! Would definitely stay again and recommend !

Small get away

We had two recent losses in the family within the year so it was nice to visit the beach and experience the peacefulness of it. The home was lovely and had everything we could think of needing close to the beach and the town. The beds slept well. The back porch was nice with the swing. Overall would stay again.
