Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or preparing a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, this soothing house offers a welcoming atmosphere. Very conveniently located between RSW & Punta Gorda Airports, 14.5 miles to Fort Myers Beach & Sanibel Island is 18.9, close to shopping and golf, Sun Splash Water Park and brand new Pickle Ball Courts. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3yo, 5yo, 10yo) recently stayed here and it was wonderful. The hosts and property manager are very attentive and prompt with any needs, and so incredibly kind. Beautiful, quiet location and close to shopping, groceries, and anything you need. The house is fully stocked with towels and anything you need to get started. Seemless check in and check out process. We will 100% be back to book this home again! Thank you Jan and Georgette for a wonderful home for our vacation! My kids are still raving about the pool and back patio!

It was a pleasure to have Haley and her family in our home. She was very friendly and quick to respond to all communications. They treated our our home with care and respect. My sister and I would be more than happy to rent to them again, and again.

The neighborhood was very quiet, very peaceful, and friendly. The house is gorgeous, very vibrant, and pops with color! We drove from VA (16 hour drive) and immediately felt at home when we pulled in. The host is very attentive, friendly, and responds within a good time frame. Everyone loved the pool which was the main attraction for my kids. They would stay in all day! The house is close to grocery stores, food places, and other shopping centers which was convenient for us. We enjoyed our visit! Everyone loved it! We plan to come back next year!

I'm sorry that this review is so late, we are new to Virbo and I didn't know how to get to this spot. Charlnice and her family were very nice guests. They were responsive, and friendly, and they treated our home with care and respect. We would be very happy to have them come again anytime. I believe I gave a five star rating, if not, I did try. I hope it went through because everything they did was five star, they went above and beyond actually.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus, and we loved being able to relax by the pool.One of our favorite parts was seeing the little burrowing owls nearby. They were seriously the cutest and made the stay feel even more special.Overall, it was a peaceful, fun, and comfortable place to stay. We would definitely come back!
