We loved this property! We appreciated how stocked the kitchen was with enough plates, silverware, appliances, etc for a house of this size. We also appreciated the extra details that they thought of to make our stay comfortable. We would highly recommend and will look forward to staying here again.

This property is amazing. We had kids from 1 to 17 and they all had fun. There is plenty of room to set up games in the yard and a fun play set for younger kids. The house is perfect for families. It is roomy and the kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Super family friendly. We had 4 families with kids for Memorial Day weekend, and the property was amazing. Tons of games and things to do on site. Our kids almost had more fun at the house than at the pool! Hosts were proactive and communicative. At only 15 minutes from Lava and away from all the craziness, this was a much more laid back place at an amazing price point. Will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and how warm and welcoming the home felt. Every detail has clearly been thought through to create a comfortable and relaxing experience.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—truly one of the best-equipped rentals we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home, like sound machines in each room and the abundance of supplies for families with small children. Those little details made a big difference. The recreation room was a huge hit with everyone and added so much fun to our stay.This home exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again!

This home was perfect for a family trip with our adult children and grandchildren! It had every possible amenity you could think of. All you had to do was wonder if they had it and then go look for it! And it was there. From baby shampoo to a spare razor to every possible kitchen item. The kids loved playing outside on the swings and spent hours in the garage playing video games or “restaurant”. The adults stayed up playing games around the table or watching a movie. All the cousins were able to sleep in one room with a double bunk plus trundle. It’s super close to Lava Hot Springs but far enough away to enjoy the beautiful countryside and wide open spaces. We will definitely go back!

We had 3 families staying in this home and it was perfect. Clean and fully stocked. It’s in a beautiful location and the neighbors are friendly. Host quickly responded to any questions we had and was able to take care of our needs. Super helpful and kind. We had such a great time and hope to return someday!

We stayed here with a large group for a youth baseball tournament! It was perfect! This house has everything you need and then some. The rooms were spacious clean. the kitchen is large enough that we could all hang out while making our food. The game room was exceptional and made the down time go by so quickly. The boys especially loved hanging up their baseball bags in cubbies by the garage. There is something for every age! Truly a wonderful place to stay!

We took our children and grandchildren. The common areas were big enough for all to gather, we watched World Cup soccer. The kitchen was awesome for feeding a crowd. The “toys” in the game room entertained children from 2 to 15. We were very happy with the house and would recommend it to anyone.
