We love our balcony with each room. Beach chairs were bonus for beach day. Cafe by pool had great pizza. Plan to see you again

Great place to stay for the whole family! Plenty of room. Everyone had plenty of privacy. Enjoyed the beach chairs. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!! Love the sunrise and sunset at the beach!!

Excellent room for larger parties. Three bedrooms each having access to their own bathroom was a huge plus. Beach chairs are added in so huge help and added bonus when spending time at the beach. The kids area and water park was great for our small children. Definitely think you get bang for your buck here. It is a little unreasonable to have to pay for parking 40 per vehicle when you’ve paid the amount for the room and it’s a part of Splash. Overall great experience. Would definitely love to come back

Thank you very much! $40 per vehicle is correct and this payment is made directly to Splash Owners Association upon arrival when you register to get your parking passes and armbands. This fee is actually a little less than what most of the other PCB beachfront resorts charge.

Great layout for multi family stay! You can see the ocean no matter where you are in this unit. We loved it. It was clean. Could use some updates in the bathrooms. And the dresser in the on suite needs to be replaced. Drawers do not operate properly. The sheets on the on suite bed were clean but they had a rip in them. Nothing major. The room layout was perfect and we had an amazing time.

Great Location and beautiful view

The condo was awesome we really enjoyed ourselves. I’ve stayed at this resort before and love it! I would definitely recommend the condo and its location.

Great condo!!

This was our 3rd year at Splash and we love it!! Location, access and parking are great. Only complaint would be the elevator situation at times, but it’s to be expected with the number of floors. We will be back!

Great space in a perfect location

This property is exactly as pictured! No unpleasant surprises, just a great space in an incredible location. This would be at the top of my list of favorite places I've stayed in this area.

We had a great stay! James was easily accessible & quick to respond with questions prior to stay. Very spacious & clean. Only complaint is that the guest bedroom did not cool well with only 1 vent. Other than that, it was fantastic!
