We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. The water had come up enough that we were able to get our boat to the dock! (An added plus) They have thought of everything and then some for their guests! Plenty to do both inside and outside- everyone can find something to do either individually, in groups- on the water, in the large yard, in the game room, and on the inviting front porch! The view is so peaceful and relaxing!

The Cottage on the Cove was a lovely retreat for our family. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood on a private waterfront lot. We enjoyed early morning coffee on the porch overlooking the water, playing corn hole in the spacious yard, grilling and dining el fresco, making s’mores at the fire pit under the stars, and playing various games in the large game room. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable and the bath towels are excellent quality. The owners have done a fantastic job with this home. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Overall, we had a great experience with the property. We were able to bring our dog with us which was new for us but everything went smoothly. My only recommendation is if you have a bigger boat make sure to check water levels. The property owners have no control over water levels, but the property is located in a shallow cove. We were able to access the dock with our boat but it was very close to being too shallow with the lake level being down nearly 4ft due to drought conditions. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
