Welcome to 4 Brown Pelican! This four bedroom, four bathroom home is located 2nd row ocean in Sea Pines and can host a group of up to 10 guests. With the beach path located next to the home, you’ll have your toes in the sand in no time.

• Bedroom 3: Queen (1st Floor, Full Hall Bathroom – Dedicated to This Bedroom)
• Bedroom 4: Two Twins (1st Floor, 32" Flat Screen TV, Full Hall Bathroom – Dedicated to This Bedroom)
• Additional Sleeping Option: Twin Bed + Pull-Out Twin Trundle Bed (1st Floor Den)

• Distance to Beach: 2nd Row Ocean – Beach Path Off Pool Patio
• Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Regular Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig + Crockpot
• Pool/Spa Info: The private pool approximately 20’ x 12 with a depth range of 3’-6’. The spa can be heated year-round for $45/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. The pool can be heated seasonally between Labor Day and Memorial Day for $115/day + tax with a four consecutive day minimum. If pool heat is added, spa heat is included. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call us at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool and/or spa heat for your stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Beautiful home! It’s close to the beach/ocean and South Beach restaurants and shops! The home is also Beautifully decorated with awesome pictures on the walls of nature. The pool and hot tub had warm water. We really enjoyed it here!

Wonderful stay
This house was a great choice for 2 families. We had quick easy access to the beach and spent a lot of time at the pool.

Annual Family Vacation
Love how close we were to beach, pool and hot tub a bonus, house was clean and beds were comfortable, Salty Dog close by.,Would love to rent next year again!

Birthday Getaway
Beautiful property just steps from the ocean and close to restaurants and shops. Owners were very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again!

Best spot on Hilton Head for Families!
Will absolutely be booking this house again! Walking distance to everything you need, house is well stocked, property mgmt company responded quickly, and all the beds were very comfortable! Perfect for our family and grandparents

Awesome place!
We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfect for multiple couples or large family. Will definitely book this home for our next Hilton Head trip.

Family Get Away
A terrific place for the family to spread out and enjoy time together. The great location and amenities allow you to always have something to do or just relax. Beautiful spot.
