We had such a nice stay at Sea Pines. The house was perfect - close to everything including the beach, very spacious, and even had a pool! We will definitely return!

This was an absolute dream vacation home for my family of 5. It’s just a 3 minute walk to the beach, has an screened in porch with living and dining area overlooking a private pool area with tropical scenery. We had plenty of space for the whole family. The host was very responsive, accommodating and kind. We will be coming back!!

Great house and pool!Spent two weeks and many great times here. Pool is huge, long enough to swim useful laps. Contiguous hot tub attached.Beach access is measured in minutes, with a ramp (not steps) down to the newly refurbished beach level.House is well-stocked with kitchen accessories, beach towels, pool toys.Zero mechanical/electrical/lighting/HVAC issues.Only minor complaint was lack of garage access, which meant beach carts had to come into the ground-floor screen porch.

Great property for a family trip. Very clean and was nice to have space for kids to have their own area. Our group of 8 were more than comfortable. The house has a great outside area to relax in (large screened in area and pool deck), with a pool that was bigger than appeared in pictures. The walk to the beach is a big plus, I clocked right at a 2 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was the perfect size and the location to the beach was amazing. The house also came very equipped. It had everything we needed. Looking forward to staying at this property again.

Amazing Sea Pines Rental

This was one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed. The best outdoor space, so close to the beach, and a well layed out home. We’d love to stay here again!

Fabulous Spring Break

This beautiful, spacious house has it ALL! Pool is very large, hot tub is amazing and a short easy walk to the beach. The property owner & manager were both very responsive & helpful. Our family loved everything about the property and would definitely stay here again!

LOCATION!!

The house was very nice. The upstairs had been very tastefully remodeled. The house was very spacious for a family of 10. The kids appreciated the pool and the ping-pong table. The proximity to the ocean was terrific.

Perfect fit for us!

This house at our favorite beach did not disappoint!The kitchen had a great island for serving our family dinner buffets, and the pool was large, refreshing and clean!There were also a nice beach cart and extra beach chairs available for use. It was very kid-friendly, and the only thing I would change is it would be nice to have an inside table big enough to seat 8-10 people.Thanks for a great week!

Hilton Head Oasis

We love everything about Hilton Head! The home was spacious and well equipped. Large pool and hot tub with lots of outdoor space. Property manager was super quick to respond to any email when we had questions. Ideal location w easy access to beach, Salty Dog, and Harbor Town. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Time

We were very pleased with the accomodations, pool, hot tub, screened porches with ping pong, and proximity to the beach. Appreciated beach wagon and beach chairs, and TV's in each bed room. Nice open kitchen and room for everyone. Definately thinking about coming back.

Family vacation in HH

We had a wonderful time staying in this home and it worked perfectly for us -- as family of 9. It's been beautifully renovated and is decorated very tastefully. The kitchen was amazing and is fully stocked with cookwear, dishes, etc. The kids loved the oversized pool and all of toys and floats available for their use. The adults appreciated all the beach chairs and coolers available for our use - would have saved us a lot of packing if we'd known they were there. The location of the home is fantastic as the beach is only a few steps away. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Hilton Head!

Great location and house - major pool issue

This was a great house and wonderful location. However, there were issues with the pool water filtration that led to 6 out of 6 children getting extreme outer ear infections. The concern of the water was communicated to the property manager and then to the pool company - but the issue was misdiagnosed until after we departed. Apparently A1 pools had installed a valve incorrectly which was contaminating the pool water and they continued to shock the water which wasn’t the proper remedy (all of this information provided to me from the property manager). I do believe that the property manager did all she could and could not have known that the pool company would misdiagnose the issue. However, I don’t think she or the owner understood the severity of our problems. Kids didn’t sleep after the first two fell ill on day 3. This also meant that adults didn’t sleep. There were also a couple rashes, vomiting from the pain 5 trips to the urgent care and even blood from an ear over night. The aches continued for both families several days back at home after the repair. I thought that compensation for four days was fair and was offered (have not received) compensation for just under 1 night’s value. Again the house and location were perfect and I would *consider* staying here again. We’ve been staying in Sea Pines for decades and this was one of the better setups. I just don’t think the owner properly evaluated of situation.

Pool and spa nightmare

House and property were great. However the hot tub is included with the price and did not work. Asked to have the pool heated during our stay and that didn’t work either. Was told they were trying to fix. Although the pool guy was courteous, he didn’t have a clue on what he was working on. He got the heat temp fixed and the pool and spa got to 119°!!! Had to shut the whole hing down or the kids would have been scalded. Not sure why another company could not have been called to assist. No compensation for the spa not working for the week. Very disappointed!

Great location, very nice house, great pool area.

Great property!!! Pool was perfect for our family visit. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a 4-bedroom place very close to the beach.
