Unit was clean and roomy. All as advertised, only thing not working well was the dryer.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with the deadbolt not lining up so that it could fully lock but they sent someone out to fix it quickly. Everything inside the condo was clean. I always clean the spaces we use when we arrive & usually bring my own cooking supplies. We needed a couple more towels throughout the stay but we made do. We all shared the king sized bed in the bedroom & slept comfortably throughout the trip. We would definitely come back to this specific unit.

Unit 519 was amazing!! Parking space on 5th floor garage made move in/out extremely convenient. Parking space was tight, but our van fit perfectly. Condo was exceptionally clean. Communications with host was timely. Balcony views of pool area and beach were breathtaking!! Pool was a highlight of our trip! Elevators in various locations were all working well..only had to wait for a few minutes once. Being only up 5 floors, we chose the stairs several times. Pool: although I thought the pictures showed a lazy river style pool; it was not a lazy river. It was, however, huge! The amount of lounge chairs and pool space was perfect. Pool has areas in the shade all day based on the curvature of the building. It was a nice break from the sun when needed. The pool area snack shack had delicious snacks for my hungry kiddos. Besides being very clean and spacious, it felt like a home away from home. Plenty of room for each kid to have their own space with their own bathroom. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans, pots and serving utensils. Thank you to our hosts for sharing their slice of paradise! We were sad to leave this memorable vacation holiday!

Nice Resort type Feel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is nice. Communication with hosts was excellent. We did have a few issues, but this was out of the hosts control. Water main broke limiting water for a few days. AC needs water to run, so this also limited AC for some times.

This condo is very outdated. The furniture is very old, especially the king bed in the master is ridiculously squeaky and it’s very flimsy. For the price we payed, I felt like we could’ve gotten something better The stove is also ancient and needs to be updated, it took forever to warm up our food or cook anything. The door to the balcony is not clear on one side. There is also construction going on in the area of the condo, and we were not able to sleep in because they start drilling and being loud around 8am, and don’t finish until 6. It was very annoying.The condo has a nice view of the pool and you can see the beach.the pool is not heated so it takes time to warm up through out the day.
