The photographs say it all! With slight gulf views from the balcony, at Villa Rose you will experience the grace, the charm--the very best of southern living by the gulf.

Rich colors and comfortable furnishings comprise the classic decor of this exquisite vacation home, from which a board walk leads straight to the glittering Gulf. Two first floor bedrooms are king master suites each with private bath/shower and the third is a queen suite with private bath/shower.

Located on the 2nd floor the kitchen is a professional one and, is alongside the sumptuous dining room and well-appointed wet bar, sets the tone for entertainment both classy and relaxed.

On the top floor, the fourth bedroom boasts two queen beds and two twin beds with private bath/tub. There is even a sitting area with a TV, internet connection and view of the gulf which is ideal for the children! Great for large families, Villa Rose is just the place to bring the crew for that memorable vacation.

FANTASTIC

The location of this home couldn’t be better. Our consisted of family member aging from 6 months to seniors. Walkability to everything (park, beach, pool, town) was superior. One of our group members is a carreer chef and had only great things to say about the kitchen. Sleeping quarters were all excellent and well suited for our group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa Rose Cottage was by far the best place we have stayed in the Rosemary Beach area. The house was spacious with an awesome kitchen that was well equipped with anything we needed. The location was great for either going to the beach or taking our boys to the nearby pool or park. It also was nice that four bikes were included. We definitely hope to return.

Great Villa Beach Vibe! Warm and inviting

We had such a wonderful time staying at Villa Rose. It was actually prettier than the pictures and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is amazing and we loved sitting out on the deck. Rode bikes a lot and loved only being a minute walk to the beach!! There are lots of great places to eat and lots of great shops in Rosemary. The owners are great at responding to any questions or concerns. Awesome stay!

The home was perfect for our family

Location is amazing! Just a few steps away from the beach and the pool. The whole house was very clean! We had a small leak during our stay and maintenance was sent over in less than 10 min. Highly recommend!

Villa Rose - Week of July 15th

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience-the location of the house is perfect with great beach access. We did not use the community pool because there were no umbrellas but the proximity is great. Loved the pets acceptable feature of the house and the enclosed yard was so helpful. The kitchen was very well appointed and we had everything we needed to cook full meals. It was very easy to make big meals! The ice machine needs service. Ice melts quickly and sits in a pool of water which seems a bit unsanitary- it also runs very loudly. It’s nice to have and we used it but it seems to be in end of life stages. Living area was very comfortable as were the beds. Everyone slept well! The bathrooms could use some TLC - shower curtains are undesirable. The space is so small so shelves would be helpful near the sink to allow placement of toiletries. Really anything to allow the bathroom space to be better used - it is not very manageable in the present state. 30A Luxury vacations was fantastic to deal with and took care of maintenance issues immediately. We will definitely look at this property again.

The house was so close to the beach. Great location. We loved the big, wonderful kitchen to cook in at night. We also love to grill out and the very nice grill was such a plus for our family.

Amazing!

We LOVED our visit here. Such an incredible house with beautiful furnishings and art- can’t believe such a home was dog friendly!! Everyone loved the house and stay and we will definitely be back… not a single negative thing to say! My husband and I ended up in the upstairs room (so we wouldn’t have to hoist crib up 2 flights of stairs) and it was very comfortable. We did prefer to use the shower downstairs but easy adjustment. Thank you so much for such a great week!

Beach Family Gathering!

The property was amazing! We had a group of 10 including our adult children. There is plenty of spaces for everyone to have privacy if they so desire. The layout of interior perfect for convenient getaways to the beautiful beach which is literally minutes from your door. We could gather all our beach essentials in this great hallway and upon return conveniently wash the sand off right just outside off the porch ! The kitchen is a chefs dream and the large dining area perfect for large groups! So cozy and comfortable! Location could not be better! Villa Rose is a wonderful home and fulfilled all our Expectations!

Excellent Location-beautiful property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You cannot beat the location of this wonderful home. You literally walk out the door directly onto the boardwalk and can see the ocean. One Rosemary pool is steps away and the town square is a short walk. The home was spotless and well maintained. The garden area is very beautiful as well. Huge kitchen with professional grade appliances (the large ice maker was emptied/not functional). The only thing I can think of that could be improved is some of the furniture could use updating (sofas, etc) and the mattress in the middle master was really uneven). Great covered porch spaces and plenty of room throughout. Again, everything was super clean and the stay was perfect-so grateful to also bring our fur baby. Great property management company experience as well. Checked in multiple times and clear instructions. Highly Recommend!

Great Family Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is exactly as it appears in the listing. It is spacious with plenty of room for a family or large group. The best thing about this house is that it is about a 2-3 minute walk out the back door to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and have booked the same week for next year. The only small negative is that this home does not come with a beach set-up. I was surprises because other homes that I have rented come with one umbrella and two chairs set up for the length of your stay. Fortunately, we brought our own. Beach setups are $70/day.
