We had an unfortunate mishap but the host was more than kind and understanding. Went above and beyond to help us. The house beautiful and location is perfect. Truly 5 minutes to all of Rosemary by bike. Love that it was tucked back in and more private than all the other houses. Would gladly stay here again.

The property was very well laid out, spacious, and great value. Location is perfect for access to Rosemary Aly’s and Seacrest beaches and all of the local restaurants and shops. Communication from host was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Very nice accommodations! Loved our shuttle driver Kyle. Bikes were nice to have. Rosemary beach is the best beach spot in all of the Gulf coast!

The owner of the property was very quick at answering whenever we had any questions. The shuttle to the beach was very handy and the driver was very friendly. Plenty of places to lounge around and sit with a lot of space for larger groups. It was nice being able to take the bikes out and being able to explore Rosemary without the struggle of trying to find a parking spot. Lots of cute cafes and shops nearby, good walking distance from the community pool, and overall a really great place to make our girls trip unforgettable!

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless. The host was incredibly responsive and provided us with the necessary information to accommodate our stay.The property had easy to restaurants and the beach.The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with extra features. The beds were very comfortable the provided restful sleep!The host was always available for any questions or recommendations, which made us feel well looked after throughout our stay.Overall, our experience was exceptional.

Ashish took care of everything. We love how responsive he was whenever we had questions. The house is beautiful, and the fact that it’s in a gated community made us feel all the more comfortable letting our kids bike around. About 0.9 miles from Seacrest Beach, we got our daily steps in, which we loved. We had easy, walkable access to the shops at Seacrest and Rosemary Beach Square. Because the house is set back from 30A it’s not crowded or loud. We could retreat from the crowds for peace and quiet when we needed to. The neighborhood pool is small and simple but not crowded, which is a huge plus on 30A.

This home is beautifully decorated, very spacious and it is nestled in a very quiet gated community, just short drive to CR 30A. It is within minutes of Publix, and a new strip mall with many dining and shopping options. We highly recommend it. The rates are reasonable for the size of the home. It is perfect for a family getaway. Bikes are available and wristbands provided for access to the beach. The host is extremely responsive, friendly and very accommodating. This was our first time visiting 30A and we had a very enjoyable time. Thanks for hosting us! We would definitely stay again. Best, Maggie R.

The house itself was great, minus some stained furniture, linens, etc. the overall space was lovely. Communication with the host was also great and he was very flexible and accommodating and very quick to respond. Location was wonderful and we really enjoyed being able to walk to a variety of things. Our only issue was that ordinary household items were extremely scarce. The house sleeps 12 and our stay was 4 nights, and we had a total of 8 rolls of toilet paper, 3 trash bags, 2 paper towel rolls, no dishwasher pods, no laundry detergent, no sponge or scrub brush for dishes, some of the bathrooms didn’t even have body wash. So ultimately while the house was a good deal, we ended up having to continue going to the store and purchasing all of these miscellaneous items and in part for the purpose of leaving the house in good condition, as we were expected to run the dishwasher but given not even one dishwasher pod or anything at all to scrub dishes with and take out all the trash but not given nearly enough bags for a house of 12 over 4 days. Every Vrbo I have stayed in before has had these things on hand, so if I had known in advance to buy them it wouldn’t have been as big of a deal but we had no indication. Overall we had a wonderful time and the house was everything we needed it to be, this was just a frustration that others should be aware of.

We had a lovely stay at Anhish's property. The home was beautiful and well equipped. There was plenty of room for all of use to have our own space. The bikes that were provided was definitely a plus for us as we thoroughly enjoyed them. We would love to come back again!
