The rooms and location were fantastic. The number of cups and utensils weren't sufficant but the rest of the kitchen supplies were fine. It would help to have room darkening curtains due to lights on the street. The rooms were great and was perfect for our family. And the location was wonderful. Lots of shops and resturants within walking distance and close to several attractions.

The apartment was clean and comfortable for the most part - spacious for a family visit to Atlanta - and having secure parking was such a useful amenity. Hosts are friendly and responsive. Helpful tips for visitors: 1) Bring earplugs. There is excessive road noise from outside and the unit is not insulated against sound, making it hard to sleep at night. 2) Bring bath soap and shampoo. Ironing) Don't bring clothes that require ironing. 4) Plan to get your coffee across the street at Starbucks.

Overall, the stay was great. Perfect location for the things we had planned. The only inconvenience was that we booked for 7 people, but there were only 4 towels. And we expected toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc) to be there. But still great stay.

Cute place. In a good location and was able to walk to several places for fun things to do and places to eat. Was loud at night due street noise and very bright bc there is a large parking garage with bright lights on all night. We got there at the correct time of check in but they were still cleaning it and had to wait 45 more mins for the cleaning personnel to be done. But it was clean when we got in. Good price.

Positives:Easy clear check in instructionsGreat locationCleanWalkable to restaurants and grocery Amazing set up with 4 en suites Negatives:Very bare minimal stocking in the apt: missing silverware, mugs, no extra toilet paper, not enough towels. The couch was peeling really bad you had to sit on a blanket to keep it from getting everywhere. It’s very loud even with windows closed it sounds like they are open.

It was really good, the only reason it's a 4 and not a 5 is because they didn't have any laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent and we also ran out of toilet paper in one if the bathrooms and they didn't have any extra roles so we had to buy some ourselves.Otherwise I loved the property and the property owner was very nice and helpful, I just think they looked a little unprepared to have guests

The unit we stayed at here has great space. Very clean. 4 bedrooms. 4 full bathrooms. Great No fee parking. Tight gate to get into the garage but manageable. Location to downtown Atlanta was awesome. Everything was within 15 minutes. A little noisy at night, but it's the city. Starbucks and a Lidl supermarket across the street was very convenient. My one complaint is the kitchen wasn't supplied with enough to stay at the unit and cook. No toaster, No sheetpan, Not enough mugs, Utensils.

We ended up checking out early. The apartment was as listed in photos but one of the beds was so uncomfortable, it felt like sleeping on a box spring rather than a real mattress. My mom was staying in that room and ultimately tried to sleep on the too small couch instead. One of the bathrooms did not look like it had been cleaned as there was hair in the shower and dry urine on the seat. The access to parking and the unit was unclear. On checkin, we were shown to the wrong room completely and had to move to the unit that we actually booked. On a Friday night, no one in our party ended up sleeping due to how noisy the unit was due to street noise - sirens, loud cars drag racing down northside, etc. We were ultimately too uncomfortable to stay another night and ended up vacating the unit a day early for a hotel. “After review” no refund was given for the second night. This unit may be passable for a college student on a budget, but was un-accommodating for a family. Also, this is petty, but there were only two coffee mugs for a 4 bedroom unit and the heat transfer on the handles was bad. These need to be replaced.

We enjoyed our stay however there’s only 4 forks and 2 spoons as far as silverware goes and we had 9 people staying so we had to take turns eating. Other than that the stay was great

The hotel was in a good location. We did have a corner unit so with the noise from outside it was loud at times but it was ok. Over all better then I expected with the reviews I had previously read.

Overall good stay. Close to a lot of the places you would want to visit while in Atlanta and plenty restaurants nearby to grab something quick. There were some small things about the apartment that could’ve been better but nothing that would keep me from booking again.

Great location. Restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, coffe shop all within easy walking distance. Secure parking garage & secure entrance. Pool, gym & other amenities were great. The only downside is the street noise. Take ear plugs or noise canceling headphones. The noise from the cars below is very loud. Especially at night when you’re trying to sleep.
