Plenty of emails before we there there but when it was time for the critical email with the link with access at check in, we didn’t receive. Not in Spam and took a lot of effort to get checked in. The Door app is OK but you have to use it for every door. The location is challenging because of the homeless shelter and all of the activity there. It’s risky to walk to the Gulch so be prepared to UBER everywhere. The unit is fine but the noise is pretty bad. Thankfully the host provided a jar with a lot of ear plugs.

Hi Edward, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you found Modern Muse: Stylish City Retreat w/ Balcony & Pool comfortable and that the earplugs provided were helpful with the surrounding city noise. We do want to clarify that the property's location and surrounding area are disclosed in the listing description so guests can review the neighborhood details before booking. Additionally, the complete check-in instructions and access information are provided through the Boarding Pass Link prior to arrival. We’re sorry to hear you had difficulty locating the access information, and we always encourage guests to reach out to our team during their stay so we can assist with check-in as quickly as possible. -Mela

We were so pleased with our stay here for my son's 21st birthday weekend! The location was very convenient for walking to Broadway and other attractions and had a great view and amenities (coffee, comfortable beds and pillows, laundry, parking, etc.). We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Nashville!
