This is a well appointed and Immaculate unit. Sleeps six. Fantastic pool overlooking the Cumberland River. Two bedrooms & two full baths with a Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Three TVs, one in living room and one in each bedroom. Blu-ray DVD player in living room and DVD players in each bedroom. Keurig coffee maker, coffee/tea and toaster is provided to get your morning started.
Just steps from the Nashville baseball stadium, walking distance to downtown, Convention Center, Titan Stadium, Farmers market, Greenways, Downtown honky tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Musicians Hall of Fame, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, 5th Ave Arts District,Easy and inexpensive Uber/Lyft ride everywhere! Nashville Birthday Trip

Would stay here again! Perfect location not too far from Broadway. Very clean and very accommodating. Communication was excellent! Was just a great trip overall and would highly recommend!

Very comfortable condo. View off balcony was awesome. Very clean. Would highly recommend. Cleaning staff found my billfold after leaving and turned it in.

Excellent. Great location close to all the entertainment, fun, dining, and awesome river view from the deck. Rebecca was very helpful and accommodating! We would definitely look to stay here on our next trip to Nashville!

Great location, great place

Property was exactly as pictured, great surrounding neighborhood, and about a 20 minute walk to all the action on Broadway. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay

Location was great, the condo was clean and well equipped. The only negative would be the noise from the upstairs condo…every step could be heard. Overall great place!

Great weekend get-a-way

Great location and manager was extremely responsive. We did not need anything during our stay but communication was great before we arrived and included sharing local knowledge on restaurants and places to visit.

Great, clean property! Nice view, you can walk to a few restaurants in the near vicinity, or Broadway if you really like to walk:)

Nice stay

Overall good. Rebecca was the best part. She handled a few things that came up very quickly. The folks above us were unfortunately quite noisy. Very good for our dog as well!

Home away from Home

Had all the comforts of home. Found nice bar couple blocks away next to the ball park. Was a nice change from busy Broadway.

Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.

One great thing is that you can jump in a taxi or Lyft/Uber for a cheap fare and get to any areas or attraction that you are interested in

Downtown Nashville has well over sixty bars and restaurants varying from local hotspots to national chains. Downtown Nashville has an Art District on Fifth Avenue, which expands annually.

Extra plus? Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between .5 to 4 miles from any other place of attraction.
