The location is perfect! The view is fantastic! The only downside was, there is a lack of drawers in both rooms. And a chair in the second room would be nice as there is enough room.

Wonderful stay and the place was clean and perfect for our family. Only issue was the overhead light in the second bedroom was not working properly. All else was great and would definitely stay here again.

We didn't understand that one of the two bedrooms was a very (very) small, windowless room with no place to put luggage and no dresser or closet space of any kind.

This unit was great for our family of 5 (kids 15, 14, 11)! Very clean and everything was as pictured. The pool and public spaces were also nice. The mission on the corner didn't bother us at all. We walked to many places, including Broadway, but most often took a Lyft home. We had no issues and the host was very responsive in general. Definitely recommend.

Place was very nice and had everthing in the kitchen we needed. Pool area very nice. Parking was good. Only negative thing is the thin walls. Above us was partying most the night and then getting sick which you could hear.

Beautiful Skyline views and Amazing Location

We were in Nashville celebrating a birthday. This condo was Beautiful!! Well equipped, Great location and friendly staff. I especially loved the communication from Nautical checking in on us after check in. Instructions for entry and parking were easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and We will definitely return!

The property is really a great spot, convenient to many attractions. The only thing ( and was truly minor) was the ice maker did not work. While there is a homeless mission near the property, and somewhat unattractive, was never a problem. We had a wonderful experience.

The apartment was a lot larger than I expected. Very nice, new and clean. It has a nice balcony with a great view of the city. Don’t go walking around at night outside there.. it’s next to a rescue mission. But the building and parking garages are very secure.

The place was actually lots of fun. It just does not fit 8 people so plan accordingly. As well as the location was a bit depressing. So I believe the price should have been aligned with it.

Great place to stay, well stocked and quick responses

This place was immaculate, clean and new. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper, laundry and dishwashing essentials. Everything was nice. It's very secure (a charged phone is a must have as you use it to enter the garage, lobby, elevator and room). It has an amazing view of downtown and a great outdoor area to enjoy it. It's close to many things (we walked to The stuff in The Gulch easily and quickly), but at night we used Uber/Lyft as the building is next to a shelter/rescue mission. But that did not bother us at all and there was lots of security (police patrolling and a security officer for the building). We felt very safe.

Wedding Weekend

We fell in love with the condo! It was so beautiful , clean and spacious! The cvv location was great as well very central to everything! Our only feedback would was: The walls are thin, and this particular weekend there was a lot of traffic, noise and music. We weren’t able to find a seat at the pool any of the times we went down there, not sure if it’s always this busy on the weekends? Lastly the parking was a disappointment when we got back from our wedding there was nowhere to park in our garage or on the street…We spent more on parking than we did on drinking lol! But overall an excellent experience!
