Welcome to your peaceful retreat on a beautiful 2.5-acre estate that backs up to 600 acres of county-owned land. This modern studio apartment offers approximately 300 sq. ft. of comfortable, efficient living space, perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for privacy and plenty of outdoor space to unwind. You'll enjoy a Roku TV with live streaming, and a shared pickleball court just steps from your door.
There are three main structures on the property—including the main house and a guest house. Your studio is part of the building on the far right of the estate, featuring its own private entrance. A horse ranch is onsite, though horses remain behind privacy fencing and are not visible. Two outdoor cats also live on the property and may occasionally roam nearby.
Please note: pets must remain on a leash when outdoors, and guests should not feed or touch the horses or cats. Water is supplied through a high-quality reverse osmosis system, and septic guidelines apply—no wipes, feminine products, or food down the drains.

Rock Road Estate & Ranch is a unique multi-unit property perfect for families and groups traveling together. Each unit is fully private, making it perfect for friends who want to stay close while enjoying their own space.
