Welcome to our beautiful Paradise Found Villa located on the island of Great Exuma, Bahamas. The location of this villa provides magnificent views of Elizabeth Harbor, Stocking Island, Hooper's Bay, Jolly Hall and offshore cays right out your front door. Water and beach views from the patio, dining room, living room and master bedroom.

Paradise Found is perfect for couples, friends or a family wanting extra space with three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. The villa has many extras including, a full kitchen, internet, 3-flat screen TV's, DVD player with movie library, board games, books, gas grill, and beach accessories that include 3- kayaks, paddle board, ice chest and water toys. Our villa has over 1800 sq. ft. of outdoor living space with an enclosed screened patio, tiki bar, outdoor shower and a large waterfront deck where you can sunbathe or enjoy the sounds of the surf mere steps away. It's always Happy Hour here with the addition of the TIKI BAR. Paradise Found is equipped with amenities to ensure you have the comforts of home and much more on your holiday.

We are steps from the pristine clear blue waters of Elizabeth Harbor and Jolly Hall. You can swim, fish and find great snorkeling right in front of Paradise Found Villa. Enjoy the spectacular views while you sit on the patio or in the sandy sunbathing area. From here you can watch for the occasional dolphin, sea turtle, stingray swim by or any one of the numerous seabirds fly overhead. A 1/2 mile walk or short drive from the villa you will find a stunning secluded beach at Jolly Hall and also a short drive is Hooper's Bay beach. Swim in the turquoise waters, sunbathe on the white sand beach, find starfish and sand dollars right offshore. At Hooper's Bay you can snorkel and see many sea turtles.

You will find many offshore cays to explore by renting your own boat or by taking a tour. There is great bone fishing, kayak tours of Moriah Harbor National Park or take an exciting tour up the cays to see the swimming pigs. You will discover why Pirates of the Caribbean and Johnny Depp chose to film and buy a home on these pristine cays.

Amazing property, great views with nearby stores and amenities. The sea side deck is amazing at sunrise and sunsets with easy access to the sea. Incredible snorkeling opportunities along the property front with turtles, stingrays, and even a Manta ray and a barracuda swim by! The house is very comfortable and stays cool during the hottest part of the day. Everything is perfect! Cannot wait to go back!

Paradise Found was the perfect location and size for our family of 5. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. The owner and property manager were very kind and attentive. Highly recommend and would love to visit again!!!

If you're considering Paradise Found, stop looking & just book it now! This place is in an excellent location to explore both the north & south beaches. We spent a week here & covered the whole island.The house is just fabulous & has everything you need for a great vacation! The kitchen is stocked, the AC works well, the beds are comfortable, the showers are hot, the porch is layed out perfectly & the water view is beautiful!!

The homeowner was extremely communicative and her property manager beyond helpful. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family of 6 adults. Kitchen had items to use for cooking during our stay, fun Tiki bar outside, thoughtful items like charging ports throughout the home, beach items available for use, suggestions for day trips, restaurants, etc. It was our first visit to Exuma and it was an amazing one! Thank you for everything.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Named so well - it truly was paradise!! The view is breathtaking and never gets old. So much outdoor seating. A beautiful deck for sun bathing, dinners and hanging out. So much fun at the tiki bar! The ocean front was the perfect place for snorkeling and floating. We even loved walking down the rocks and saw turtles! Well equipped kitchen and clean house. They also had beach chairs and snorkel gear. Fabulous stay!

Paradise Found was really great, and so appropriate for my family. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner provided very valuable up-front advice and recommendations which we relied upon. This is probably the most efficiently managed property I've ever rented. My kids said they want to go back to Exuma, and they ONLY want to stay at Paradise Found.

This was our first time vacationing in Exuma, and we are so glad we chose Paradise Found! Great location, super comfy, amazing views! Rachel and Ed communicated very often, and we appreciated their book of suggestions. There are so many places to sit outside, you can always find the sun or shade you’re looking for. The house was very well appointed - lots of fun games, DVD’s, kayaks and paddle boards. We loved watching the sea turtles from the deck.

We stayed at this beautiful beachfront home for 5 days and it exceeded all our expectations. The house was clean with a lot of room for comfort; it had everything we needed. The location was great, the house is close to the stores and restaurants, but I would recommend renting a car to see the whole beautiful island. Rachel was quick in responding to my questions. I highly recommend Paradise Found Villa for a relaxing and memorable vacation.

Our host, Rachel, was great with communicating everything we needed to know before and during our stay. The house had every amenity we could possibly need. The kitchen was better stocked than any other rental we've stayed in!

Kitchen well stocked. So many towels ! Lots of extra spices. Bonus that you can just chill the tap water. Host excellent. Amazing location. Hard to beat overall. Bbq a bit uneven heat wise. Literally only complaint is lack of warm water for shower.

Our family of four had the most amazing stay at Paradise Found. The location is perfect, central to everything on the island. The house has everything you could possibly need- kitchen was so well stocked, beach chairs, tons of beach towels, umbrellas, games, movies, books, etc. The house itself and the outside area are beautiful. We were so thankful for the amazing communication with our host Rachel, she was always quick to respond and she helped us find accommodations when we decided to come a day early to avoid a major snow storm. We loved Exuma and we highly recommend staying at Paradise Found Villa!

Great stay

The best part is that no matter where you look you have an amazing view of the water. Great stay, they had everything you needed to cook or have a cocktail at the tiki bar.

After traveling in the Caribbean for several years, in 2006 we came across the peaceful and beautiful islands of the Exumas. Our family fell in love with the people and natural scenery of this Bahamian island and we have returning almost exclusively ever since. In 2017 we decided to make Exuma our permanent home away from home and purchased "Paradise Found". This secluded villa is nestled on 2.5 acres of coastline property and has spectacular views of Exuma's Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island. Our extended family enjoys the peaceful surroundings and we hope you do as well.

The home sits on 2 1/2 acres and has spectacular views of Elizabeth Harbor and Stocking Island from inside the home, on the large outdoor patio, and sandy lounging area. Walk down to the water and jump right in. It has a sandy bottom, and steps down to the water. Lounge and watch the sea life swim and the island birds fly by. Enjoy the early morning sunrise over Stocking Island while you enjoy your first cup of morning coffee or tea. Enjoy evenings of fun and relaxation at the villa Tiki Bar. It's said to be one of the best on the island. :)
