Hi Sally, As new owners, we just got back from our stay there, and we noticed this as well. We recently ordered for the king bed, a pillow top mattress topper & new pillows. We plan to go down again in a month to see if this solved the issue. We also plan to get a new full-size mattress in the other room. Other than the beds, glad you enjoyed your stay, and hope you come again! Thanks! Kevin & Cathy

We had a great stay overall. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything matched the listing.The only suggestion we have is that the mattress on the bunk bed could use replacing, as it wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that, everything was great.We arrived early and were told the apartment would be ready shortly, but we ended up waiting until the official 4:00 p.m. check-in time. This was related to the resort’s housekeeping, not the owner.Sand Cay Resort is a wonderful complex—very complete, quiet, and especially family-friendly. We really enjoyed the pool, the beach access, and the overall atmosphere.We would happily stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Kevin and Cathy are the best hosts! They communicate well and handle issues swiftly. The condo was extremely clean and neat. The beds were comfortable and our hosts provided everything we needed. There are no chemical smells or residue from laundry products. The location is ideal for beach fun. VRBO made this a challenge. If it’s possible I will go directly to Sand Cay’s listing and book through there next time instead of VRBO who charged us twice. We literally had days then hours to get this straightened out which included having to send them a bank statement because the screenshot was not enough. Uneeded stress but Kevin reassured us we would have a place to stay. Parking spots are numbered to your condo so you are always assured a spot! Please note if you arrive after hours you need to walk to the office and find your envelope with key in it. This was left out of instructions. I highly recommend this condo. Family friendly for sure.

Hi, Could you let us know what we could do to our condo to get a 10/10 review. We are new owners, and have been updating several things. We just recently replaced the mattress on the bunk bed, and plan to replace the living room furniture next month, and plan to paint the entire condo as well. Can you think of any other improvements we could do? Thanks, Kevin & Cathy
