Westwinds, a 21 story BEACHFRONT high rise at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, offers incredible amenities and is considered to be truly the best of the beach. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the serene experience of scenic 30A. On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, shopping, dining, kids activities, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center.



Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules*

No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.



IMPORTANT: This unit/apartment AND ITS BALCONY are Smoke-Free; the entire Westwinds property is a Smoke-Free Property. *Smoke-Free means: NO cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs, vape, dry or water pipe, incense, herb smudge sticks, marijuana or its derivative by pipe or rolled paper, or any other combustible or aerosolized material that produces smoke, vapor, odor, or airborne particulates. This applies to unit balconies, as well as the pool deck, grill, and tiki hut area.



A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the rental home. A copy of each guest's insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart.
