Unlike hotels and management companies who often employ seasonal workers that are not as familiar with the town, with us you will receive a virtual packet with suggestions for activities, money saving discounts, restaurants and more....all from experienced owners. We have owned and rented for 20 years.

Additionally, keep in mind there is a wide disparity among different units in terms of quality, upkeep and views. Why pay the same price for a view of another building when you can have the best there is to offer? When renting from hotels and management companies you will not know what kind of unit you are receiving even if you put in a special request. You can relax knowing that you will be staying in a reliable property with great views and location in town.

We have partnered with a local management company in case of emergencies and they are available 24/7.

LOCATION:

Trails End - Unit 408 - Ski In/Ski Out

One of the most sought after ski in/ski out locations in Breckenridge. Step outside your back door and you are right on the Silverthorne Ski Run and the 6 person Quick Silver chairlift. Less than a 5 minute walk to town and Main St.

The Ski School (both adults and kids) are located next door at the Village at Breckenridge during ski season and child daycare is offered at the Beaver Run location less than a minute up the street.

This condo is conveniently located next door to our Trails End #406 (1BR/1BA) and can also be rented. Click on my Host Photo to see my other properties. These two units are perfect for families or friends that want to travel together but may want separate accommodations. They are both located at the end of the hall and very private away from the general traffic. Each unit is the perfect size for a couple or small family.


THE CONDO

This is a 575 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a large balcony located on the 4th floor overlooking the ski mountains and beyond. The location makes this an ideal place to relax after a hard day of exploring. This is a true Ski In/Ski Out property during winter at the Base of Peak 9 and the Quick Silver Chairlift. Walking distance of 1 block to Main St with restaurants, grocery stores shopping and entertainment all accessible.


ENTRY:
There are custom built ski racks in our entry but recommend you take advantage of the ski storage in the lobby.

LIVING ROOM
Elegant alder wood crown molding surrounds the main room with a sliding door opening up to a large balcony overlooking Peaks 8 & 7 & 6 and up north toward town and Frisco from the 4th floor. New leather sofa with queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Stone encased electric fireplace, 46' smart flatscreen TV & cable. Enjoy various games, books and puzzles located in the uniquely designed TV stand. A round table with 2 dining chairs plus 2 barstools along the counter provide plenty of eating and seating space.

KITCHEN
Granite countertops and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need should you decide to stay in and cook. Stainless steel quiet Bosch dishwasher. Stainless steel stove and microwave. All the basics like a crock pot, Keurig with a few starter pods, regular coffee maker, utensils, blender, pots/pans, wine glasses, etc. * We do not leave food or guarantee storage supplies (foil, saran wrap). Please make sure you bring these if needed.

BEDROOM
One of the few units in Trails End with a KING size bed! Hypoallergenic memory foam mattress. Pillows all have anti allergenic covers. Enjoy watching TV from your bed on the 30 inch wall mounted flat screen TV. Another sliding door also opens up to the large spacious balcony where you can enjoy superb views of the mountains while lying in bed!

BATHROOM
Granite countertops, custom espresso cabinetry and decorative tiles. Brushed nickel Moen fixtures in this shower and bath combo.

BALCONY
Oversized covered balcony with 2 entrances and view overlooking the ski mountains, Ten Mile Range, the Town of Breck and north towards Frisco.

HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance, help if locked out, etc) our management company will provide those services to you. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $84 and will be added after booking. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $84. Please let us know ahead of time.

GARAGE PARKING (Free):
One of the FEW condos in Trails End with a **Designated Private Parking Spot ** in the underground heated garage. It will stay safe, secure and snowless! We are allocated one specific spot. Garage entry height is

Once at the condo, unless you are driving somewhere for a specific activity, you will not have to worry about driving into town and finding parking. Everything is WALKING DISTANCE. In less than 5 minutes from leaving the unit you will be on Main Street and have access to the many shops, restaurants and entertainment.

FREE SHUTTLE
If you do not bring a car, our condo is on the Town of Breckenridge free shuttle route for easy access around town and beyond. Otherwise, most everything you immediately need is within walking distance.

WASHER/DRYER:
There are washers and dryers on our floor (4th) & 6th. Operated through an app linked to your credit card. No coins needed.

ADULT & CHILD SKI SCHOOLl:
Located next door at the Village at Breckenridge complex.

CHILDCARE
Located at Beaver Run Resort less than a minute up the road

EQUIPMENT RENTALl:
Several locations are next to the condo for ski and snowboard rental.

There is no daily housekeeping. If you would like additional cleans during your stay, the cost is $84 for each clean requested.

Tax of 12.275% is included in the quoted rate.

Important Things to Note:

We at BreckCondoWithAView do not charge any Resort Fees.
Sorry, No Pets or Smoking of any kind allowed.
No AC but rarely needed.
Minimum Rental Age 21. Valid Government issued ID required at time of check in.

Our management company for key pick up is off site about 5 minutes from the condo. When checking out, keys may be left in the room.

We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle service and the local grocery store to receive discounts and guests will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.

* If you do not see a confirmation and arrival email/text after booking within 24 hours from PMI Breck Property Management as well as Tanya Kogan please check your JUNK/SPAM Folder. Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmation back from us.

ACTIVITIES:

Winter: Skiing, Nordic Center, snow shoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, horse drawn dinner sleigh rides, ice skating, snow tubing, sledding at Carter Park. Breckenridge Recreation Center for indoor rock climbing and many other activities.

Summer: Hiking, biking (bike trail along Blue River begins outside unit), horseback riding, swimming, sailing, kayaking, rafting (nearby), tennis, Greg Norman designed golf course, museums & many other activities.

SEASONAL UPDATES: (Dates subject to change)

Pool/Hot Tubs/Sauna closed in May for maintenance.

The hot tub/lobby area will undergo renovation late spring/summer 2025. Although we are not on the side of the renovations there will be potential for noise and activity during the day.
During this period we are extending a 15% discount on all bookings which will already be reflected in the rate shown. Guests will still have access to hot tubs and heated outdoor pool across the street at the Upper Village Pool complex.

Peak 9 closes Quick Silver Lift mid to late April. After this date we will not be a ski in/out property however the remainder of the ski season Peak ⅞ and sometimes 6 remain open and will be accessible via free local shuttle or gondola. Quick Silver lift will reopen the week of Thanksgiving (date subject to ski conditions).

Great little place right by the lift

We had a great time and enjoyed the location and convenience of the place. Not really a ski out place, but a short walk to the lift. Very comfortable little condo in a great spot!!

Another great stay at Trails End!

We've stayed at Trails End many times but this was our first time in this particular unit. And it was our favorite stay to date! The unit is well appointed, with comfortable furniture and bedding. Amazing location for getting to town or Peak 9. Will definitely be staying here again!

The condo is comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook up a meal. Bedding is comfortable but a nicer sofa mattress would be appreciated, Location can't be beat. Out the back door to Quicksilver chairlift. Out the front door and a very short walk to main street. Our party of 3 had a great time.

Beautiful condo

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful condo. It was close to town and easy to get to everything! We walked everywhere! Property manager was super helpful! Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

It is a perfect condo in a fantastic location!

The condo is fully equipped with everything you need for skiing or snowboarding, as well as for enjoying the town. You can walk right out the back door and access the slopes. The town is conveniently located just across the street, so we walked everywhere and didn’t need to use the car at all.The condo comes with plenty of extras, including a crockpot and humidifiers. It was very clean, and both the owner and the management company were attentive and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was extremely easy.

Nice Place!

Location is everything to me so I'm really glad I stayed here. So easy to walk to the lifts, nice restaurants, and the parking is great. The hot tub looked new and was perfect after hitting the slopes a little too hard.

Great stay in Breckinridge

The property at Breckenridge and trails and was perfect. The location was perfect for skiing in ski out. The rooms were very well kept, and we have no issues to share. Only suggestion would be a much more comfortable bed and pillows.

Winter getaway!

Great spot for a Winter Getaway for two! Location is amazing especially with my wife just learning. Lessons right out to the back door, and the Quicksilver Lift leading to all the Greens for her to practice. Short walk to The Village and Main Street so shopping and dining were a snap even with COVOD restrictions.

Perfect vacation spot!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband and 11 & 8 year old. It is exactly as described - clean and all that you need for your stay. The King bed and pullout sofa were comfortable. We absolutely loved the location and were able to walk to the shops/restaurants. We enjoyed the Indoor/outdoor hot tubs at Trailsend and the kids enjoyed the pool access across the street. Overall the Trailsend complex is well maintained and clean. Very pleased with our stay.

3 nights in Breck

My wife and I enjoyed 3 nights at this wonderful condo. Tanya was great in answering any questions we had regards the condo and the area. The condo was convenient to everything. Restaurants, shops, groceries and there was a free town bus if needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. The condo had every thing we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially enjoyed having coffee in the morning out on the deck. Should we ever be back in Breckenridge we would definitely hope to stay there.

Great Stay!

Great location and a great place! Breckenridge is a very expensive place, but I felt that this rental was a great value for the location and amenities. It had everything we needed. We have two children, 2nd and 7th grade. They slept on the pull-out sofa and my wife and I stayed in the very nice bedroom. We loved the hot tub on-site as well. And, it was very nice to be able to walk a hundred yards or so behind the unit to get to the Peak 9 ski lift. Highly recommend this unit.

Great last minute solo getaway

I'm so glad I found this property for a last minute ski getaway. The unit was clean and comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and bed comfortable. It was just what I needed, and Tanya was a great hostess. One issue relates to checking out - I slid the key under the door like asked, and the property manager apparently could not find the key so they reached out asking about it. I have yet to hear about the resolution so I hope it all worked out, but there may be a better way to effectuate the check-out.

GREAT Breck ski in ski out condo

Great Breck condo for a small group, perfect for 2 people, maybe a little snug for 4, but could work. Can't do better with the ski in ski out, it's 50 yds out the back door to the Quicksilver lift, and you can ski back in to about 20 feet from the hot tub! The place has been recently updated, it's clean, it looks great, has a full kitchen, has a very comfortable king bed, and you can take the elevator to the lobby and walk out to the hot tub. Also, everything downtown Breck has to offer is a 5 minute walk away, you do NOT need a car. Would definitely rent this place again.

Fabulous Condo

Fantastic Condo and location! Very clean and comfortable and matches the pictures perfectly. Tanya was incredible on answering any and all of our questions and giving us great tips on the best activities in Breckenridge and the surrounding area. Walking distance to everything in the town of Breckenridge -- food, activities and entertainment. Nice pool and hot tubs were great to use after a long day of sightseeing. We even decided to stay an extra day and she was able to quickly accommodate us. We would definitely rent this unit again and plan to do so!

Close to everything, lacking nothing.

My wife and I stayed for a week here. We have been to Breckenridge many times and try to stay within walking distance to the downtown. This is definitely within that. The location is great and the parking was really good as well. The condo is well furnished (though a little outdated). There is everything that you could need to have a nice week away. Everything was clean and the elevator was very prompt and fast even though we were on the fourth floor. Check in is very easy and the rental company gave great directions on how the check in process would go. Overall, we really like this place. If there is any thing that we would liked was a place that the furniture and decor was updated and fit together. I am not a designer by no means, but we just felt that this condo could go from really good to awesome if they could just update the condo to look like it is meant to all fit together. Over all, we would give this condo 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Nice location

The coffee pot did not shut off. Pull out a bit uncomfortable. Memory foam top on the master was awesome. Location was good. Garage door opener was a little sketchy as far as functioning. Need a knife sharpener. Internet awesome speed and good cable/audio visuals.

Location! Location!

For us, most important was convenience of walking to the slopes in our ski boots! This location, night next to the village and at the bottom of Quicksilver lift (peak 9) couldn’t have been better! The boys were able to get to blues and even blacks and I was able to stay on the green (Silverthorne) run as well. We even came in for lunch a few times and one day to warm up it was so close. Ski school all right there as well if needed. Bundled up and walked to almost everything on Main Street. Again location was perfect! Condo had it all including humidifiers and a fan we could use for white noise which my family loves. Kitchen very well stocked. Underground heated parking was wonderful. Loading and unloading at front door was no problem at all. Will stay here again when in Breckenridge and highly recommend to others as well.

Some of the best memories we've had are through these experiences which is why we love to come to Breckenridge and now own/manage 5 properties. There's a saying in Texas, 'I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could.' Well, we feel the same way about Colorado. We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. It has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaway with you too.
