Keep it simple at this quiet and centrally-located home. You'll experience the convenience of being within 5-10 minutes of Topeka Downtown, the hospitals, Washburn University, Gage Park and the Topeka Zoo. You are just a few minutes from shopping and restaurants, plus easy access to I-70. You'll find a complete kitchen, in-home laundry, TV, 1 car garage, backyard access and privacy.

The space
This light and bright 2 bedroom/1 bath home has been recently updated from top to bottom. The all new kitchen has been fully stocked and ready for your cooking or baking needs. The beds boast all cotton linens and blankets. The bathroom is equipped with thick cotton towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is plenty of seating in both the living and dining rooms. The new washer and dryer are located in the brightly lit and clean basement. In the spring and summer the patio will be the perfect place to sit and enjoy grilling or sipping tea overlooking the large backyard.

This home has great off street parking and is conveniently located in central Topeka, within 10 minutes or less of most sites, restaurants and shopping.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The home was tidy and clean. I enjoyed this property a lot. It was the perfect get away. A quiet, peaceful oasis. Will definitely stay here again!!

We stayed there for a few days in order to move our daughter into her first year of college. The house was in perfect condition, had everything that we needed, and was in the perfect location. It felt 10 minutes or fewer away from everything. The owner was very accomodating and we would stay there again without hestitation.

Everything was absolutely amazing and exceeded what I expected. I was meeting up with a friend that I had not seen in more than 40 years and we both enjoyed the place. It was centrally located with easy access to everything that we needed.The owners communicated effectively and in a timely manner, that really helped me out because when I got to town, it was raining and I couldn’t find the address on my phone. They were really quick getting back to me and texted me the address so I could get out of the rain and off my bike. I will be staying there again next time I’m in town.

Loved staying a night in this cute house. Honestly wished we could've stayed at least one more night in order to fully enjoy it. Just as pictured and very clean. My daughter said the daybed was very comfortable. Hoping to stay again during future visits.

My daughter and I spent a month in this wonderful home and feel like we really got to know the place. It was meticulously clean and fresh and didn't feel like you were staying in a place that was worn out by a lot of people before you. This home has everything you need, nothing that you don't. For us, it was nice to stay in a place that isn't filled with unnecessary clutter, which definitely enhanced the feeling of cleanliness. Everything was high-end and well thought out: the sheets, towels, cookware, utensils, furniture and even the cleaning products were all top shelf. The attention to detail and maintenance extended to the exterior where the lawn was actually grass and not a weed pit. The plantings were beautiful and the outdoor patio and grill were clean and usable. One of my favorite parts of the house was the basement. It was dry, well lit, and very clean with a painted finished floor and great washer/dryer - the perfect place to store our suitcases for our long visit.We look forward to our next visit to Topeka!
