Let me start out by saying we have stayed in several houses at Carillon Beach and had no issues whatsoever. Upon arriving we found thick dust on the ceiling fan in the 1st bedroom. There was a soap dispenser in the attached bathroom that was empty. There was a rug that was so tattered that we couldn’t even pull out the trundle bed because of it. The patio and grill were dirty. The umbrella on the patio was broken. The garbage disposal smelled awful. We killed 2 roaches in the kitchen. We had to purchase a cleaning spray to use to help with the garbage disposal smell and in addition to that we had to purchase dish soap, garbage bags, salt and pepper, and replace all our fruits and vegetables because the refrigerator wouldn’t go above 29. I called to report it and they sent a maintenance guy out and he flipped a breaker. He said he wasn’t sure that would work. It didn’t work so we dealt the refrigerator freezer everything until the evening before we left. That’s when they brought in a dorm sized refrigerator. The unit just needs a little TLC.

Beautiful condo.

What a beautiful and comfortable condo. We have stayed at many properties in the 30A area, but this condo is our favorite. The owners have taken care of every detail to make sure you have a pleasant stay that lacks nothing. The view of the lake is amazing and we loved watching the gorgeous sunset each evening from the comfort of the back porch. There was not one speck of dust anywhere. The cleaning crew takes good care and great pride in providing a spotless property. Cannot wait to come back again soon. Thank you so much.
