Sterling delight

I’ve been coming to Panama City Beach for the past 20 years. This was the most memorable and enjoyable I’ve experienced. I’m looking forward to visiting again.

The condo was beautiful and spacious! We love this hotel even tho the elevators can be a pain, nothing that can't be managed with a little patience. The pool is always clean and the kids even enjoyed the dumpster cats! Ha. I hope this owner replaces the patio furniture soon bc it is almost completely rusted out but we still sat out often, we're not too snooty. It would be nice to have more dishes for cooking and an icemaker but again, we managed just fine.

Great View and location

Great condo, very roomy! Amazing views! Very nice and comfy Queen bed in the additional room, comfortable king bed in the other room. Only thing was that the elevators took forever, master bed was hard and the master toilet kept stopping up. Overall was a great stay! We enjoyed it very much!!

Excellent

Excellent condo with plenty of room,few minor issues like dishwasher not attached to opening,tv remotes not working properly batteries probably dead but not a big deal. Elevator could've been better but not a big deal. Would definitely and probably book again.

Beach Getaway

The elevators were horrible. 6 people in the condo with 2 towels to start not good. But overall ok

Overall Okay

Good location, good communication for checking in and out, carpets were dirty and need to be cleaned thoroughly, outdated and not so clean furniture, only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels are included which is not ideal.

Condo was nice really liked pool closed 1st two days lady at vacasa said she would call to give update never got a call. Going wait on elevator for lengthy time

Great location, easy assess in and out to front beach road, safe parking

Website for unit 801 Sterling Reef is not up to date. Rented based on website and once there the sleeping arrangements NOT as advertised and presented a HUGE inconvenience!!! Would NOT have rented if unit was at it actually is not as website!👎🏼
