Great condo with a spacious balcony & outdoor furniture, ocean views. The living space is roomy, & the building is clean & well-maintained; there always seems to be someone taking care of the property, which is appreciated. I would definitely stay at this condo or another by Avari. The master bedroom is updated & has great lighting for getting ready; I loved the shower. The other two bathrooms are average & serve their purpose. There is plenty of space for a large group; the bedroom with twin beds has been updated to include a twin-over-full bunk bed & a twin. The fridge has an ice maker & water filter attached, which is perfect for filling our Owalla water bottles for the beach. The balcony doors do not lock, but this seems to be common in other places I have stayed too. The biggest improvement that could be made is removing the carpet & replacing the blinds in the master; they didn't cover the door all the way. The condo has a washer & dryer and comes with a Keurig coffee maker. I can't comment on kitchen appliances as we only stayed 3 days & did not cook. The complex also has an ice maker. Comes with Beach Service- an appreciated perk. Beach service prices keep rising every year; if you need to rent an additional 2 chairs and umbrella its 68 a day! Area recommendations- Okaloosa National Seashore for rough-water days. Stewbies is a must! If you need beach gear, check out the thrift stores.
